Excellent location. Immaculate, absolutely Immaculate. Food, fresh, hot, and delicious. Prior to this location, i hadn’t been to Carl’s Jr. in many, many years. But now that I have, I believe I was won over again. Cecilia is the manager, and i got to speaking with her because i was so taken aback by the incredible atmosphere that i had to let her know. She was so kind and so proud of her store. I attempted to call her higher-ups, but they weren’t able to take my review, which is why im here. Thanks, Cecilia!!

Employees are very friendly, food is fresh and fast BUT the size of a famous star patty is now ridiculously thin and I don’t think the price got any better. A famous star burger is all bread now and you barely get meat flavor because there’s so little of it in each bite. Sides are still good. I just wish the prices were lower.

Every single time I come to this place, Cecilia, the store manager, has always helped me with a big smile on her face. She is one of the few people in the fast food industry that cares about the clients and makes me want to come back every single time.

Just ordered the 5-pc Breaded Chicken Strips, and it was the smallest order of strips I’ve ever received at any Carl’s. I think the Kid’s Chicken Stars would have been a larger meal. Also, it was more expensive than other Carl’s restaurants. I asked the manager, and she stated that was the normal size portion. I’m definitely not coming back to this location (2402 N. Errringer, Simi Valley) again. See the photo, it’s pretty sad.

Good hot food for a decent price, especially at night. Makes for a great snack once in a while. Christian at the Erringer location is very cordial and knowledgeable – last time he informed me about the build your own package and I’m sold on it now!
