Wait time was a little long only one car in front of us, but the food made up for it. Everything was cooked well, onion rings were crunchy, pretzels were soft. We received extra ice in our drink as requested. Drive-through employees were nice. Not bad for our little old town Rathdrum, Idaho. WE LOVE JOYRIDE!

I ordered a heath blizzard and received a thin chocolate milkshake with chunks of Heath candy. Blizzards are made with thick vanilla ice cream. The staff needs to learn how to make a proper blizzard. Will not visit this location again. The Post Falls DQ on Seltice is much, much better.

30 minutes + trapped in the drive thru for two chicken strip baskets and a burger, they forgot the burger and the rest of the food was cold. Seems to be this way at this place every time. Perhaps better training or accountability of your staff would go a long way.

Very disappointed. Poor service, the kid working the front clearly needed help and his coworkers were just walking around him. The large cheese curds I ordered are still cold in the middle, and the single ranch cup I got isn’t even half full. The Moolatte is almost soup and the Orange Cream shake my husband got was not even filled to the brim, 3/4 full with no whip cream. Not worth the + $30 we spent there. Definitely won’t be going back.

Went through and ordered the $7 cheeseburger meal. Clarified twice that I wanted the cheeseburger and not the chicken strips, and I got the chicken strips anyway. I also ordered 2 hot fudge sundaes on the side and they were way too full and spilled when opened. The food was fine it was just a bad experience

I walked into the middle of a difficult situation with another customer and I watched the employees do absolute everything in their power to rectify the situation, plus they were unbelievably respectful despite the other person’s aggressive behavior. I think each of them deserves a raise!

We were in the drive thru ready to order BEFORE closing and no one answered the speaker. We finally gave up and moved to the window – the lady working made eye contact but ignored us. By this point it was 9:58. We wanted a blizzard – nothing requiring cooking. Finally at 10:00, the boy working came to the window and told us they were closed. When we stated we came before they closed, they said they closed at 9:55. Not cool. If you state your hours are until 10, please accept orders (to a point) up to that time.

We ordered in the drive-through on Saturday. The line was a little bit long, but we were clear with our order. The person did not get our order correct. She did not accept our Payment of choice because she did not know how to accept a gift card And after waiting in the line patiently, it was very bothering to not even get our food so we went to McDonald’s, who knew how to use a gift card just thought you’d like to know that so I don’t know what your food taste like. I never got to taste it. but one of the children claims that their chicken strips were extremely cold might even been frozen

Pretty disappointed and wasted my money for sure. Ordered a couple sundays on the 2 for $5 menu. Those were fine. Also got 2 for $5 pretzel sticks and cheese. LOADED with butter and can’t eat. I mean LOADED with butter. It’s almost as if they were just dunked individually in a cup of butter. Couldn’t eat those. Got the triple chocolate chunk brownie. No choc chunks. That wasn’t at the window and they had to remake it to the right thing. Start eating that and realized I got a frozen brownie and I can’t barely break it up to even eat that, so I could only eat the ice cream and forget the brownie. Idk what Dairy Queen did or if it’s just this location and the owners are being cheap, but their regular ice cream is definitely not as good and very icy milk instead.
