My family absolutely love this Loaded T. We have tried other locations, but this definitely is our favorite one. Everyone there is so friendly and so nice. Jillian is amazing and when you’re not sure sure what you want, she will definitely make suggestions and help you find the right drink you’re looking for and they always turn out so good and so yummy. The teas are good, the protein balls are yummy, and if you haven’t tried the wellness shots, you definitely should.Would definitely recommend this place!! ☺️

Great product, but with a lobby full of people the lone worker was more occupied talking with her friend, who was also a customer, versus being productive. So much so the customer in front of me walked out after a few minutes of realizing the wait wouldn’t be worth it. Great product, lack of professionalism and respecting other people’s time.

Called this club for the first time while I was in actual crisis because my daily Herbalife drink is something my life depends on. The girl refused to stay open an extra ten minutes even after I explained that. I spend a LOT of money on Herbalife — they lost a loyal customer before they even had the chance to earn me.

First time customer and did not know what I wanted. The ladies at the front were helpful in recommending me the Salted Caramel Mocha. When asked if the caramel drizzle would keep my drink at a low calorie level (200-250) I was informed that it would because their products are sugar free. I really appreciated that. Definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for tea, coffee or a shake that is not only healthy, but at a great price.
