I had the worst fast food experience of my life here this morning. I ordered my normal drink and the lady over the speaker said in a very rude & loud tone “slow down”. I understood this as I know I talk fast in general. I repeated my order politely and all of a sudden she is talking about splenda. I said “oh no splenda on that”. She goes “so why did splenda come out of your mouth?” I have never been spoken to so rudely before and I was genuinely shocked. She kept making rude side comments at me while rushing me along. I’m disgusted and if I ever go back to this location I must be really desperate

There is a short woman with short red hair and red glasses and she is a horrid excuse for a dunkins worker. Her attitude is costing those girls a ton of money in tips guaranteed. I still tipped cause the girls were doing so much work but this woman? a laughable joke at best.

Usually when I go here they are very slow and the staff acts like they have much better things to be doing then taking your order, but today I went through the drive thru and they screamed “Woo lets go Trump” through the speaker as I pulled up? It was the weirdest and most unprofessional thing I have probably ever experienced at a coffee shop. Regardless of political views it was so out of place and completely unwarranted. Safe to say I will not be returning to this location and I hope that management takes action to improve this store.

Very slow to help walk-in customers. I watched cars show up to the drive-thru, go through the whole line, and drive off with their order while my order – paid for in advance through their app – wasn’t even started. Not the first time I’ve felt unwelcome here, either!

The manager (idk her name) is rude. I hate coming here in the morning because most of them are not very welcoming and it feels like an inconvenience to get my morning coffee.
The afternoon crew on the other hand, who are mostly younger, are MUCH nicer and hand me my order with a smile.

This Location completely sucks every time I order from this location. items are missing or the drinks are completely made wrong. I just called in and told them that they made my order wrong, but I wanted to refund the employee hung up on my face and I asked to speak to the manager when I called in again. The manager said that I had to go on the mobile app and ask for a refund, I am super pissed on the label, it said cream and they give it to me completely black
