I happened to be in the area and stopped in for a quick bite. It had been a while since I visited this Starbucks location, and I really enjoyed the vibe. It was not crowded and felt like an easy, comfortable spot to grab something and relax for a moment. Someone was working on an elaborate craft project, which honestly says a lot about the atmosphere. It is a typical size Starbucks, but it feels welcoming and unhurried.
The staff were friendly, patient, and helpful. I had not yet experienced the Starbucks holiday menu, and there are quite a few new items, so I appreciated having a moment to take it all in before ordering.
One pleasant surprise was seeing Truff hot sauce available. That definitely caught my attention. If they ever add a Truff aioli or oil, that would be a great addition. Starbucks is clearly stepping up its offerings.
For those looking for seasonal options, they have eggnog, the sugar cookie latte, and several holiday themed treats. There are also small gift items that make easy stocking stuffers, which adds a festive touch without feeling overwhelming.
I would absolutely stop by this location again if I am in the area. Parking is easy, with a dedicated lot and plenty of spaces, which makes the visit especially convenient.

It was my first time walking in here at this location but it was so pleasant I was greeted so nicely and the cashier was so nice and the service was quick. And i had the most clean and neat caramel frappe I’ve ever gotten. A lot of places i go and just holding the cup was always so sticky.. BUT THIS WAS SO NICE ! I even complemented the person making drink she was wonderful

This has to be the quietest Starbucks I’ve ever visited. It is on the small side but its clean and the barista was super sweet; especially after learning that I was grabbing drinks for people waiting for me at the hospital.

I visited this location on a Tuesday morning around 8AM. The employee who took my order was very pleasant and accommodating. I had them re-toast, my chocolate croissant two times because I like it extra toasted and they did not know how much based on me initially saying to toast it three times. Never the less they were accommodating and did not make me feel bad for having them toast it more. Each employee who interacted with me was pleasant.

Some of the staff in this establishment Is very unprofessional! The place is always dirty and they are not empathetic of people’s time. At your busiest time, how do you not have change in your register for 5 dollars? Literally took her 5 minutes to ring a black coffee. I told her I’m going to have to leave because I’m not going to have time and she looked at me with all of her patients and said “okay” and continued doing what she was doing with the same patients. I have worked in fast food restaurants and retail stores before and personally to me it does not matter what you’re doing. Do it right or just don’t do it. Y’all need energetic people in the mornings that make your customers feel welcomed. I would’ve waited had she shown some type of concern about the fact that she was about to have business walk out the door.

So this is the BEST place in Maryland that makes the perfect frappuccino. I mean, secret menu or normal menu, they always ace it. The midnight mint mocha here is just an example. Other places would just dump all the whip cream on top like they couldn’t care less. Last Christmas I also had the best Frappula with the raspberry sauce and all. God bless Calverton! These drinks are not cheap and lots of time we pay for the presentation too, I’m happy that my money is worth it. Abundant parking too.

PLEASE HIRE MORE PPL! All the time there’s always a delay because there are not enough ppl working to meet the high demand for ppl coming into the store or the drive-through. Or create a better efficiency of flow.
