I was just there to get some lunch, one of the employees behind the line dropped an tray and just said “I don’t even care right now” and left it on the floor, not sure if they are shorthanded or what but they should definitely make time to clean their work stations and take the garbage out. I didn’t take a picture of the tables but not a single one was clean. They handle food and is just disgusting and disappointing to see the lack of higiene, I don’t think this one location has ever this dirty before, feels like a Moe’s restaurant which is not a good thing.

Took them 35 min to get my simple burrito and bowl ready. Which was 20 minutes after the promised pickup time. Then when I got home this was their $17 Carne asada bowl. I returned to the Saratoga restaurant where they proceeded to throw my bowl away and then refused to make me another.

Absolutely furious with the order I just received!! My entire office ordered Chipotle ONLINE, 4 out of the 6 orders are completely WRONG!!!! Mine was completely inedible. I do not eat sour cream or cheese — the label on my order was completely accurate yet you put every single thing I didn’t ask for on it!

This location is always a major disappointment. No matter what time of day I seem to go, the food bar is in actual shambles. Disgusting food counter, food droppings everywhere so you end up getting toppings you didn’t request mixed in. Half the food containers 90% empty. I always skip the queso because it’s piled with other toppings and congealed over. So unappetizing. It’s 8pm. Clean the food bar. This happened the last couple times I’ve been and now I think I’m done visiting this location.

I ordered food for my 3 children using Uber Eats. I ordered extra chicken which I didn’t get , I ordered guap which was missing from another plate and a 3rd plate just had 1 spoon of rice with no chicken. It’s not that difficult to put 3 kids plates together. The chicken they did send was crunchy. We wound up ordering Dominos and threw the Chipotle food away. Was I suppose to feed my child a spoon of rice. The nit wit manager along with everyone else should be fired. And Chipotle should clean the place up and start over. Without accountability you can’t run the business properly. Take a look at the reviews in the past. There all the same. Never again…….

Really disappointed with our visit to this Chipotle tonight. They had no meat available for bowls or burritos, which is kind of the main part of the meal. When we asked if they could make more and said we were willing to wait, the employee behind the counter acted annoyed, like we were asking for something unreasonable.
On top of that, the restaurant was messy and unorganized. Counters were dirty, ingredients were scattered, and several employees were just standing around with no urgency at all — despite the fact that there was barely any food on the line for customers to even order.
For the price Chipotle charges, you expect a basic level of quality and service. Unfortunately, tonight missed the mark completely.

Usually I have had a good salad here but today the girl making things flung the stuff that had fallen on the counter into the cheese and guacamole with her hands after she got the guys bowl done in front me.
I told her that was not something she should do and she got angry at me, got her manager out and another gal and they were all yelling at me for taking this photo.
I cannot eat cheese, meat and corn and it was all in the guacamole, the manager said if I am allergic to dairy there is a guacamole under the counter, but I said really she is allowed to push the stuff off the counter into the other pans?? I was totally getting scolded then about the photo and I said I would delete it if the manager told that worker that she should not do that. So I left and they were screaming at me.
In the past I have had great people to create my salad in Saratoga, where have they gone? I have also recommended this place for vegans and I’d like to go back but really? And the last review here had plastic in the wrap. Wow!! What is going on here, please bring back the good.
P.S. This is the next day and I got a respond from someone Scott who say he is the owner but there is no way to get a hold of him as he suggested.

I had a great experience at this Chipotle thanks to Kemrauri. His customer service was excellent he was extremely friendly, polite, and made the ordering process smooth and enjoyable. Staff was super unprofessional. They ran out of chicken and said it would be about 20 minutes. We waited, went up and asked how much longer and they said “oh awhile”. After a few minutes we just decided to go with steak, went up to order and they had chicken. They kept running out of other food, and took forever to replace it while in line. Ordered and paid for a salad and was never told they were out of dressing until after we paid. Overall just a horrible experience and atmosphere. Not worth the money

UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES: Watch how much you’re charged!!! After being rang up for two burrito bowls and then using a free dinner coupon, they swiped my card for the “balance”. The cashier then told me it didn’t go through and to swipe it again providing me with a receipt for the burrito bowl I should have been charged for and then she charged me for “sides”. I questioned this as the “sides” of sour cream and salsa come with the bowl. She then got a manager to refund the charge. After getting home, I checked my credit card and found that the first time I swiped my card where she said it didn’t go through, I was charged $26 – so for bowl burrito bowls. She then had me swipe my card again where I was charged for just one. So I paid for three burrito bowls and should have only paid for one considering I used a free dinner coupon. I called chipotle and was assured they would fix the issue and asked that I provide them a screen shot showing the credit card charge which I sent. I then followed up with them three times over the next week and received zero responses. I finally had to contact my credit card company and file a dispute to which Chipotle also failed to respond to. Ultimately, almost 6 weeks later, my card was credited by my credit company (not Chipotle) for the unauthorized charge. I had a second free dinner coupon for horrible service which I allowed to expire and will not be back.
