Had a very unique dining experience, with table being located at quite a distance from the kitchen (out on the lawn at SALLIE)- in addition to going from daylight to darkness during the meal. Delicious fare from Sallie and humorous interaction with our server Skylar made for a very entertaining evening. Very memorable.

The tables were set with crisp, heirloom linen napkins (the kind you imagine were once lovingly pressed by someone’s grandmother). The chilled water was poured from heavy silver pitchers. The tilefish I ordered was perfectly prepared, delicately seasoned and cooked to flaky perfection, plated with reverence. Chocolate cake… there are no words to describe the immaculate consistency and flavor.
This wasn’t just a meal. It was a moment. I was transcended into a nostalgic dream. The oscillating fan added to the authenticity of a true coastal dinning room in August. If you’re lucky enough to get a reservation at Sallie don’t take it for granted.

The royal red appetizer was delicious as were the crabcakes.
The steak entree was perfect !
Bread pudding is usually not one of my favorite desserts, but a friend ordered it, and after one taste, I wanted my own!

A wonderful meal with an impressive menu. The food is exceptional and we had a hard time making a selection. The restaurant is warm, cozy and our waiter Skyler was phenomenal. We have the potato and leek soup, fennel orange salad, bronzed grouper florentine, chicken chasseur and the delicious grand marnier chocolate cake. The menu is posted each Thursday morning – changes weekly. A wonderful evening!

Such a charming restaurant! So much attention to detail – beautiful flowers on every table, gorgeous linens, candlelight, luxurious china and crystal…it all set the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable meal. My favorite dish of the night was the Shrimp Santorini – absolutely delicious!!!
