Donuts were not fresh they were cold. I know fresh Donuts when I see them…. because half of the glaze was gone on them like next day Donuts plus the lady their looked like she didn’t want to be there. We greeted her and she didn’t even acknowledge our greeting!!!

I would give it a lower score. One of the people behind the counter tried charged me twice. And a third time if didn’t put a specific amount of money in my checking account. And instead of trying to fix the problem, the lady tried to say I come there everyday and I didn’t pay the last time I paid. It was fixed after thirty minutes because she would go do other things. They don’t know what they’re doing so be wary of this Shipley.

The representative was very nice but they only had cold glazed donuts available and they didn’t know about the Shipley’s reward app so I lost out on my points. I love Shipley’s but I think I’ll drive a couple extra minutes to one of the other two locations down the street.
