First time trying out this place, came out with my wife and my step sons. I must say the tenders were very crispy and the heat level was very well done, I think it was bonfire. We also got the seasoned corn , which was very well done except it had a bit too much seasoning for my liking. The employees and manager were very nice and friendly, they went above and beyond what you see nowadays. The quality of the service is a make or break it for almost anyone even if the food is good. Job well done

The service was wonderful, quick, and the patience and kindness of the employee taking orders was above and beyond. We shared an order of the loaded Mac n cheese with plain tenders. The chicken is good quality and the crunch was crunching. The texture of each item was perfect from the chicken to Mac n cheese and the potato edges. Honestly the wedges were perfectly crispy. The flavor just wasn’t there. We ordered all the sauce on the side and I suspect that they rely heavily on the flavors coming from sauce or the heat level of the chicken. It was just too bland for us.

After watching so many TikTok videos of The Red Chickz we finally decided to try it out and I was genuinely impressed from start to finish. The quality of the food was excellent crispy, perfectly seasoned chicken tenders with great texture and flavor. Every item I tried was fresh, well-prepared, and clearly made with care, I tried the corn, cheese curds, potato wedges and Mac and cheese all were delightful and can’t wait to come again.
What truly set this place apart, though, was the customer service. The staff went above and beyond to make the experience memorable. Knowing we were new to the restaurant the cashier explained every item with detail and gave us recommendations, It’s rare to find a team that works with this level of professionalism and warmth.
I highly recommend and I’ll definitely be looking forward to coming back

Red Chickz is officially my new favorite hot chicken place. They have the crunchiest chicken by far and the taste is fantastic. It’s not even close to where I live but I make the drive because now the other hot chicken places are lacking in comparison. I wish they served different fries (not a huge fan of the wedges) but it’s a minor complaint for how great the chicken is. Also the cheese curds are so good! And I love that it’s halal. Add sweet tea to your menu!

Pretty good chicken, nice heat levels, I got bonfire. Crispy, not dry, all around very good. The fries (wedges) were just ok, nothing special. I still prefer urban bird over this for quality and quantity.

Had to check this place out on a Thursday because the chicken tenders are two dollars apiece and they are huge. They are very tasty and well fried. Now, I’m not a Nashville hot chicken type of person so I was reminded again that I do not like this kind of dry rub spice, but my friends loved it.
The only thing I noticed that I would take points off was for the mac & cheese that wasn’t so good. It was rather watery and I wanted to check out the original taste so I got it without any spice. The cheese curds were delish and on point.
The other thing that really struck me as odd is, it’s an eatery. It should be clean. It felt wet and damp and sticky, and the bathroom had no soap, and there was a paper cup with liquid soap in there for patrons to stick their hands in, which wasn’t the best. (Was Too surprised to take a pic!)
That said, if you’re there for the chicken, which you should be, I would just order, pick up, and go, because multiple people were sneezing…even myself, who never sneezes, I sneezed like five times & there were people behind me — multiple people sneezing and when I looked down at my phone, it was coated with like a little dusting of probably the spices that are floating around, so I would highly recommend an air purifier and a dehumidifier (industrial size) for this location. It’s just too small and not that clean, but so popular and super tasty for Red Chickz not to do well…please add those things because I don’t think I could come back unless I could breathe.
Now, the best part was the counter service staff. They were great. They were attentive. They were fast. They knew the menu and they were friendly and explained everything. One of the best hot chicken places!!! It’s actually spicy and crunchy. The glow level is good for low spice tolerance with still lots of flavor; the spark, bonfire, and blaze I recommend. I like spicy, so I would go with the BONFIRE or blaze. I think what makes it even more spicy than it is is the temperature, so if you are eating one of the spicier levels you should wait for the chicken to cool down to enjoy. DEFINITELY eat here, and come on Thursday when each tender is only $2!!!! I’d recommend the tenders itself over sandwiches so you get the fill flavor, but it’s just my preference. Also the molten lava cake is so rich and delicious. And, I love the homemade drinks they have!

The chicken however was crunchy! We would joke and say “ listen to that crunch”. It was delicious. The spice levels were perfect.
Their special sauce is like Canes but a little sweeter. Sauce is extra $$.
At the time we went. There was a huge line and only one worker because the only have one computer system to take orders: maybe they should add another one because this place is popular.
We had extras and reheated in the oven- perfect too!

First time and we can’t wait to come back. Management was amazing. The wedges are huge. If I had one drawback. The Mac n cheese was a little runny. Oh and before I forget I loved the lemonade. Can’t wait to try other things on the menu. They have a large variety of options. Mmmm waffles were delicious too!!
