The atmosphere is cozy, the service was good. It did take awhile for our food but you can tell that not only do they cook each order as they come in but everything is made with love! I love meat and 3 restaurants.
I decided to get the meat and 3. I got roast, green beans, mac n’ cheese, and fried okra with cornbread.
The sides were all delicious. The green beans were seasoned perfectly, the okra was crispy and flavorful and not greasy at all! The mac n cheese was absolutely scrumptious, super creamy. The flavor was just bursting in my mouth.
The roast was very flavorful but it was a bit dry for my taste, I threw some AI and pepper on top and it threw that flavor over the top and added some tenderness to it. But still really good.
The cornbread was pretty good, got some butter to top it. I’ve definitely had better but I’ve definitely had worse. It was a little eggy for my taste reminded me of a pancake. If that’s your vibe you will love it, just not my personal preference.
My bf got the burger and tater tots and said they were very good and especially liked the bun.
I would’ve liked the portion sizes to be a bit bigger but for the price it’s not bad.
I was still hungry after my meal so I ordered some onion rings to go, so glad I did. They were some of the best onion rings I have ever had! A good dipping sauce would’ve thrown them over the top but they were very very good!
Please try this place! Support local small business! It’s definitely worth trying! I would definitely eat there again and try more items!
I requested one egg with two egg whites, which they gladly obliged, along with the pork chop, and it was delicious! The waitress was wonderful and filled our coffee cups several times! Will definitely be back! What a little gem!
She completely ignored him until he left all because he had a LEGAL service animal with him. I will be reporting this because this is not only illegal but morally wrong. I truly hope the waitress gets fired and learns from this experience. I’ve had better service at a food truck.
As a waitress you are not employed to judge simply to serve and you couldn’t even do that right sad you are that age serving people in that way.
Again I will be reporting the business and repercussions for refusal of business due to a service animal are fines anywhere from 75,000$-150,00$
This is beyond serious. The dog was working not running around not barking not begging the dog was simply doing his job and the man was refused service.
This was not only unprofessional but the way the STAFF talked about him to other customers when he left was so sickening I stopped eating and left BE BETTER!!
Please do not support to this business if you care about our basic rights.
