Ordered 2 burrito’s from a ordering tablet. They were served very quickly. I must admit that those burrito’s are quite cheap, wich is a good thing. They tasted great!

Today , Dec .1 on or about 530 pm . I went to this location to use the restroom . This person .Adam , told me that before I could use the restroom , “ I need to buy first “ . I said, I am with my family with a disable person and we are going to order by drive thru . He asked for my ID and will open the restroom . At the drive thru , I told what happened another staff .I said , did he profiled me ., he is more brown than me . I refuse to believe this the face of your company . He has tattoos on his arm just to describe him . I am so frustrated

I’ve eaten a lot of TBell in my life, and I just had the best crunchy taco I’ve ever had at this location. Friendly staff, although a bit slow (I think just an unexpected busy wave, they seemed understaffed). A+.

Everyone loves Taco Bell, but at this point, this place has the such bad fast food in the morning. I either get cold, or I get soggy with ingredients missing. But the service is worse. Everybody seems upset and snappy with the customers and the manager is especially rude. I can hear her yelling at her her coworkers being slow but then I see her on the phone?? This place is disorganized, if I want Taco Bell I go at night cuz at least they give me my food how it should be. There’s another Taco Bell that’s so much more worth the trip.

We made a point to order through the app ahead of time to minimize the wait time while passing through. There is signage through the restaurant advertising the service, however I don’t think the employees are properly trained or familiar with the system. We waited 30+ minutes AFTER OUR SCHEDULED PICKUP TIME to get our mobile order, and had to remind staff members multiple times that we were still waiting. I assume it was because they forgot about it and weren’t checking the system, but they were very rude and unapologetic about the ridiculous wait. Not impressed at all with the service.

I came in for a quick snack after charging my car. There was only one other person besides me. I ordered from the kiosk a super beefy nacho and large soda. What i received was nothing like the picture on the menu. Maybe they should have used a smaller box. Because i open it and half the box is empty. There is about 10 chips layed out and plenty of sour cream and a to acacado, both very fresh. The problem comes with the cheese and honestly it could have had more meat since it’s called super beefy nacho. But definitely needed more cheese. The single layer chips only had some cheese in the center and not all of them even had cheese. So i went to the counter and asked if i could please have the cheese that should be on my nacho. The very young man said sure but i will have to charge you for it. I said i paid for my nacho to have cheese and frankly it doesn’t even cover half the chips which was nothing like the picture. I said fine you can expect a bad review. I sat back down and said no this is ridiculous and asked for the manager. She overhead my first conversation so she walked up and said she is the one who made it. So i said would you like for me to bring it to the counter she said no. She put one pump on and that’s how much goes on it. I said it doesn’t even cover the chips. I don’t usually even complain but i been on the road and i been eating out every meal and i like Taco Bell and it’s been the one place i have not eaten this week and was looking forward to my go to fast food. But this was honestly not even warm and i have been in customer sevice my whole life and the way that i would have handled would be to have smiled and handed the customer a little bit of cheese in a cup. That’s much better than getting a one star review. Had that happened i could have said how professional it was handled. For a quarters worth of cheese, just a quarter of the little cups they use which is very little this review would be much different. As i walked out the door at 11am i said have a nice day to the young man cleaning the tables then i said maybe this is why you don’t have any customers. I’m sorry but this was handled all wrong and I’m going to hope the manager just doesn’t have experience. I can afford to buy all the cheese i want but the point was i did just pay for nachos which the name says cheese in it’s name but of all the ingredients cheese was the smallest amount. I don’t like leaving bad reviews responding especially if i only been there once, i believe every person and every business can have a bad day. But this was an easy fix and i can only hope that the manager learns that sometimes it’s just a small amount of cheese to keep a customer happy. As I’m still standing there writing this review they’re still is no other customers. I hope that changes for this place i really do. Anyway that’s my review I’m not going to say i don’t recommend it just be sure you check your food before you leave.

First things first, the manager I believe as extremely malleable and very polite and respectful. Especially considering the amount of people waiting around for their food at a lobby closed establishment. (Millennials) lol. However, considering that I knew the lobby was closed but forgot to consider was in a 37 ft motorhome and would not be able to drive in the drive thru. However, the manager was so very accommodating and polite and helpful. She had a ton and I mean a ton, like 20 ppl waiting around just mingling (not disgruntled) I heard just standing around waiting outside like 3 orders of $75 of food. Not to mention she was a one man show. Literally her cook relief arrived late as I witnessed and she was non shaming as a superior in charge would normally be and kept composure as the piles of people and food kept coming. This place was super easy to find off the free way going south. I had a large order and they got it done in a reasonable Mount of time despite the cashier being new.
They did add a few extra soft tacos so error in my favor is always a reason to go again.
There design was nice, efficient,and clean. The style had a very nice modern meets Fiesta vibe. Their wood table did have a splinter wood sticking out so watch out for that but nothing else negative about their spot so great job.
