The cook was nice. I didn’t like the burrito I ordered. It wasn’t grilled closed or anything so I had to work harder while I was eating it to keep it from falling apart and some of the ingredients aren’t what I’m use to seeing on a burrito like the peas that were inside. I won’t be coming back but I do wish them the best of luck.

The guy there is rude. He pretty much just stands there and doesn’t say anything besides the price. He doesn’t even repeat the order. I guess if they get it wrong that’s even more on them than usual. I ordered and got the food 12 minutes later, which is a little bit slow considering the results.

There was nothing special about the 2 asada tacos I ordered but the crisp on the tortillas was a nice touch. They had the usual onion and cilantro. They are $1.70 each.

The burrito is about the size of one of those small burritos from Taco Bell (Burrito Supreme). It comes with onion, tomato, romaine lettuce, beans, rice and choice of meat (I chose chicken). I ordered mine without beans so if it was supposed to be much larger that means they must put a lot of beans in it. The rice had peas and corn in it for some odd reason. I don’t know why some places think this belongs in Mexican rice. I’m okay with the corn but don’t like peas. The burrito was also cold. The chicken was tender with a good peppery flavor (better than the asada by far). They are $7.50 each.

Salsa flavor is nothing special but the salsa has a decent amount of heat compared to most taco trucks.

Half liter Mexican coke was $2.50.. pretty standard.

So overall it costed me $16.05 but I feel like it was more worth $12 or less.

There’s a stupid sign on the trailer saying a mask is “required”. Aside from the whole list of stupidity around the mask situation, assuming we accept that stupidity as “normal”, even then, who do they think they are to tell us what to do in public? We aren’t going inside a business. We are standing outside the truck. That’s the public, open area. Not like it matters at the end of the day, because I’m not a sheep.

Stopped into colonial to get some wine for the wife and I decided to try the taco truck in the parking lot. I decided to get a steak, spicy pork and a tongue taco. I must say tongue had me really wondering until I tasted it. It was the best one I had. All the tacos were very good and only reason I knocked it down a star was because its cash only. But the food was great.

Food is way overpriced for what you get, order 6 tacos….When I say these were one bite taco I mean it. They were super tiny and they were steak taco. Charged me $20! Salsa was super watery.

This is by far my favorite place to get street tacos! They are always so good and the perfect size! I always get the beef and chicken!! I used to work in DTLR and I would drive all the way to get these for lunch sometimes!!! It’s been a while, but I’m sure they are still delicious!! Try them!

Decided to give this truck a go since it’s been there so long and I was definitely disappointed. It’s not really a place for a single person to try a variety of things as you have to order 3 tacos minimum of the same meet. So to try the el pastor and pollo I would have had to get 6 tacos. Not a fan of that, especially on a weekday at lunch. I get not wanting to whip up one taco on an off day but come on I can go to Geyer Springs and order single tacos all day long. The tacos here were skinny , luckily they made up for it with tons of onions and cilantro. They’ve got a ways to go before I come back and they could use a couple of lessons on people skills as they seem to have so little it’s bordering on rude. I’ll just make the drive to the south side of town for better tacos and a better experience all around.

First things first the tacos tasted great and my drink was cold. That’s aside the portions are much smaller than most street tacos I get and the drinks are really over priced. Just brings your own drink and plan on ordering a bit more than usual (for tacos).

Everything was small. The torta barely had any meat and they added not even an entire slice of tomato… it was like 1/4 of a tomato slice.. the tacos were small and barely had any meat. The burrito wasn’t even folded correctly and had nothing but lettuce and rice inside. Very disappointed that we spent $60 on food that didn’t even fill us up.

The tacos were extremely tiny and barely had any meat on them. I also ordered a chicken quesadilla that I could’ve prepared better at home. No seasoning or care was put into the food. The best thing was the punch. Save your money and go somewhere else.
