Now, listen first let me just say I’m so proud of the owner opening her 2nd location!!! . Today 4/29/25, My co worker and I stopped in for lunch. I must say one the bathrooms was fairly clean (trash was a little heavy, but nothing to complain about; as this is rush hour). From the road I didn’t know there was a playground inside and it’s very neat and clean as well. I sat down looked around at the staff and others. Everyone was enjoying their lunch. They even have a cute little spot outside where you can snap a few quick pics with family and friends. I have nothing bad to say about this location and yes I’ll be back again. If you’re in town stop in and grab something to eat at the west location. The automatic trash can whew BIG WIN!!! Thank you to the employees who stopped by several times to make sure we were doing well and if we needed anything. Lots of parking for those who use wheelchairs etc.

That drive through line has become ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!
The people ordering off the online app being MERGED in with the normal drive thru crowd has caused major issues.. WHY DID Y’ALL CHANGE IT?? I pulled up ordered and payed for my food and they brought it to me in a very timely manner but being as how I was STUCK in the line and couldn’t move I ended up SITTING THERE FOR WELL OVER 15 MINUTES AND THAT DONE IT FOR ME .. YES I COULD HAVE GONE INSIDE AND ORDERED but THAT is the whole reason for having a DRIVE THRU is to keep from having to park, get out, get all the kids out, etc.. come CHICK-FIL-A DON’T FIX SOMETHING THAT ISN’T BROKEN..Two lanes are always better than ONE!

Almost EVERYTIME I come here it’s something wrong. The nuggets are overcooked or the grease needs to be changed! The fries are even too dark! Definitely not the chick fil a standard I’m accustomed to!

This was probably my best waffle house experience. I have been to quite a few. Our server was an amazing young woman, very attentive even though she had a full restaurant and was the only server. The cook did a fine job as well. It was clean and just a great stop!

I can’t believe I’m giving a chick fil an anything but 5 stars, but our experience doesn’t deserve 5 stars. We got in the very long drive through line. Totally understandable that it would be a long line bc it was dinner time! The issue is that we were stuck in the line with our food for over 15 minutes bc, for whatever reason, all the cars behind the first few cars (including myself) got their food way before the first few cars. I was stuck in line waiting on them to get theirs. There was one car ahead of me! So by the time we waited over 15 minutes for the car in front of us to get their food and move so we could get out the line, our food was cold. We only live a few minutes from the restaurant but spent about 25 minutes in the drive through. I can’t understand why we and other cars around me got our food so much sooner than the cars ahead of me. It was very frustrating to be stuck. At the least, move the cars out of the way that are holding up traffic. Bad experience. Disappointed bc this is not the chock fil an experience I’m accustomed to.

Any time I visit this location it’s always something…. I get home and my biscuit is burnt and stinks like old grease. I’ll drive the extra distance next time to eat at my regular location from now on. I would have just left this is a survey but there wasn’t an option and calling won’t do much because I’m not driving all the way back over there.

I’m normally one that doesn’t complain. I’m an avid Chick-fil-A eater. I go to the one in Northport by Walmart and Alabama one often but this new one by Lowe’s every time I go they get it wrong they leave something out of the bag. I decided today I was going to give it one more shot guess what? Missing something I’m not talking about a sauce they’re leaving out whole items that I paid for. I even asked them did you put everything in the bag yes everything’s in the bag. it wasn’t had to go back and get food that was missing.once or twice I understand but over and over and over again is getting old I will not ever go back to that Chick-fil-A again it’s such a hassle. I’m over it I’m not the only one that feels this way there’s another man in line with the same problem it’s frustrating to get all the way back to where you’re going to have to turn around and go back and get what you paid for.

My first time here. I didn’t have a clue how anything went. The young woman at the drive thru explained everything, didn’t try to rush me and was extremely helpful. Then the young man that brought the order out was not only quick but very polite. The food was delicious, neither under nor over cooked.

Our first visit to the new Chick-fil-A in Northport was smooth, efficient, and delicious! From the moment we arrived, the team was warm, professional, and clearly well-trained. The drive-thru line moved quickly, and the staff were cheerful and attentive—even during the busy breakfast rush.
We placed a family order that included a Chicken Biscuit, a 10-count Chicken Minis, and a small hash brown. Everything was hot, fresh, and perfectly packaged. The Chicken Biscuit had that signature buttery, fluffy texture with a crisp, flavorful chicken filet inside — always a classic favorite. The Chicken Minis were the true hit of the morning — pillowy soft rolls with golden chicken nuggets and that hint of sweet glaze that makes them such a standout. The hash browns were hot and crispy, not greasy, and made the perfect side to round out the meal.
We really appreciated the consistency in quality and service at this new location. It’s clear they’re already holding themselves to the high standards Chick-fil-A is known for. The food was exactly what we expected — comforting, tasty, and satisfying.

When I complimented her hospitality, she shared that she just started last week—which honestly shocked me because she carries herself like a seasoned professional. Jessica showed up with kindness, presence, and genuine care.
