I have tried this location several times since I moved to this area because it’s the closest one to me but I will drive a few miles further to the one on Route 50 because the service here is terrible they seem to have new employees every week and the ones they have seem to be rude or disinterested at best. There’s usually a homeless person sitting in the lobby. Yesterday I went inside there were 4 employees i could see and they basically ignored me for about 5 minutes as they served the drive thru. I’ve been ordering a medium hot chocolate all week and it’s been delicious…so delicious that this morning I decided to go with a large. What a mistake because this large got chocolate turned out to be a large hot water with a hint of chocolate. So disappointing.

Train your employees right. They should know what they’re selling, instead of telling the customer to call something by some random name. Also, what’s with the attitude of some of your employees? When a customer asks a question, they’re trying to make sure the item is available. So, a condescending answer is out of line.

This location is horrible, I used to live in the area five years ago and nothing has changed, My mom had her debit card stolen from her from an employee and her years ago, I was back in town visiting and I tried this location on two different dates, The first time they forgot to make my food and had to wait 25 minutes for a sandwich. The second time they overcharged me by about $10 not doing the meal deal. Absolute worst location

This place has plenty of selections for ice cream, but not so much the donuts. If you don’t go early your selection will be limited. It is a donut shop after all. The decor is basically what you’ll find in an ice cream and donut shop. The staff was courteous and helpful. If they didn’t have or was short on a selection, they offered plenty of other options.

The morning kitchen is really understaffed and it took forever to take our order. We had to repeat our order multiple times and our order still came wrong. All of our drinks came like 3/4 full my sister’s drink came almost halfway full. Paid for medium and got a small in a medium cup.

Drinks are exactly what I order just have issues with getting the wrong donuts multiple times. First time we asked for a new donut because the employee had thrown it into the bag upside down and the frosting stuck to the bag, when we get a new one it was the wrong kind but we were in a hurry so we just accepted it and left. Other times donuts have been wrong flavor even though I ordered through the app.

I went to this location For coffee I go there about four or five times a week. Last night I went around 8 PM and I got some lukewarm coffee and the 2nd cup was a pumpkin spice and it didn’t taste like pumpkin spice. So I go back today with 2 cups almost full and I asked for them to replace it. Manager just says she’ll make me a fresh cup that wants to charge me full price. I told the lady at the window I’m not paying to get the manager, The manager says just give them a discount without talking to me. Then the girl at the window trying to charge me the discounted price I told her I’m not Paying call the manager. The manager is upset that I’m still at the window. I say excuse me and she says with an attitude to the lady at the window just give them those coffees and never speaks to me like a manager should. Totally rude and this is the way the a regular customer is treated here. I’m never going back to this location might be the time to try Starbucks I never had a situation at Starbucks. I would give a negative star but it only allows for the 1 star.
