Difficult review to write. First the atmosphere is divine. Colorful, fillef with vitality. You see the cooks at work if you sit in the dining room adjacent to the kitchen. Staff could not be nicer. Jayson at the bar was very congenial as we started with happy hour cocktails and appetizers. The salmon croquettes with plantain were tasty and creative as was the very ample smoked tuna dip with again plantain chips. spouse had the Euphoria cocktail, very exciting. We then went to dinner, starting with the oxtail foie gras empanada which was delicious. The entrees were a bit disappointing. I had the mojo chicken which unfortunately was overcooked, bit bland and dry. I had to doctor it up with lime, salt and pepper. She haf the seafood moqueca which was quite tasty but the potatoes and plantains in it were clearly undercooked. Not what you would exoect from a Michelin recommended resraurant. Think of the flavoring as Carribean Nouveau. Lots of carribean flavors mixed wirh a variety of unexpected spices. Very tasty, unusual and creative but sometimes just too many flavors overwhelm the palate. Dessert was the Baked Florida which was good and again unusual. Definitely a restaurant to visit but I am not sure I would soon return as the flavors were somewhat intense. Prices were a bit on the high side.

Words can’t express the amazing experience our family received from the moment we entered the restaurant.
The greeting was warm and family like.
We were seated and our waiter greeted us and treated us like royalty.
They treated our children with such care that they enjoyed everything.
The appetizers were fantastic, never before had we tasted such delicious items.
When the main course arrived and we started to eat, the taste, the presentation, the aroma was simply off the charts.
For dessert we had a special crembrulle which we had never seen nor tasted.
The kids had ice-cream that they enjoyed very much.
If you ever want to experience a once a year, over the top dinning event, this is a great option.

Food, service, and ambiance were all amazing. Our server was very attentive and offered great recommendations throughout the meal. The drink list had something for everyone in our party, and while the drinks were strong, they were also flavorful, a perfect mix. The tuna mango appetizer was delicious and beautifully presented. The swordfish had the perfect texture and flavor. I normally don’t eat swordfish, but this one was better than anything I’ve had at other seafood restaurants. The salmon was cooked to perfection, and the gouda mashed potatoes were incredible. For dessert, the dulce de leche crème brûlée and key lime pie were out of this world. My only complaint was that parking is a bit of a walk from the self-parking lot to the restaurant. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Ambiance was wonderful, all women were given a rose, and as we sat to the table, we were also given a complementary glass of rosé champagne. Renzo was our server. Shortly after we sat, we realized that we had a really wobbly table, both the legs and the table top and it was a little annoying and so before we ordered our appetizers, we did ask if we could be moved. somewhere else or sever got someone one and then A woman came a few minutes later to tell us that it would be five minutes for an inside table and we were given the option to sit outside we did not want to sit outside, so we opted to wait the extra five minutes for a table inside. Shortly, after that, i the maître D now comes with an iPad in his hand and states he can sit us outside if the table is an issue, but there are no more tables available inside. Needless to say at this point, we were annoyed, but we were still hungry so we opted to just suck it up and stay where we were. After a while, the neighbors on our left and our right told us they two had wobbly tables, but they sat an ate so we figured why complain if they’re not… although one of the neighboring couples did say for the money we’re paying these tables shouldn’t be this way.
The starters and the snacks came out at a decent pace. I have to give it to them. Everything we ordered was good, so the rating I provided is not based on our server or the food it’s solely based on the experience.
The main course took about an hour to arrive to our table and while we were waiting, we noticed tables receiving bread and we had been there for quite some time and we’re never given bread. I asked our server who apologized profusely and stated that should have been given to us and went ahead and got it for us right away.
our main course finally arrived. My husband, for the inconvenience of the table did ask for the valentine menu Wagyu, New York strip, and the chef did agree to provide it for us because we were ordering à la carte items. His meal looked absolutely delicious as shown below however, his steak came out cold and that’s really odd because the server told us that it would take a little longer because he wanted his medium well and he wound up getting it medium. My Chilean Seabass was yummy with the lump crab meat on top of it however, I do believe if it did not have the sauce it was sitting on and the lump crab meat on top it would not have been as good as it was. I did taste the fish alone and it wasn’t all of that. So it was nice to come here and try their dishes.
The same woman who had told me earlier that there would be a table available in five minutes was the one who was supposed to provide us bread, refill our waters, and clean the tables. My cup of sparkling water was never filled, although she proceeded to fill everyone else’s around us.
Our server noticed and went ahead and took care of it himself. It felt like he was doing her job in addition to his own tables. I really hope she doesn’t receive any of the tip we left, because he truly busted his butt for us.
In any case, it was still a nice experience. The dessert was delicious, the company was outstanding, and I love my husband.

We visited Four Flamingos a month ago. The food and service exceeded my expectations. Everything was flavorful and we enjoyed every bite. Staff are also very friendly and welcoming which added to the experience. The matcha Bailey’s that is made in house was a strong finisher to a very enjoyable dinner. Would love to come back.

Crab cakes were divine. Highly recommend getting those. Worth the splurge. Meaty and served with a spicy sauce and refreshing slaw. Paired the chef dining menu with a blueberry colada mocktail. Delicious.
The chicken mojo entree left a lot to be desired. It needed more sauce. The rice and beans were great but chicken itself rather lacking in texture and moisture. It wasn’t easy to cut, unfortunately. I wanted a more comforting plate of food, and would get a different entree next time. The other guests at the table raved about their grouper.
Enjoyed the dulce de leche flavored creme brûlée, but the texture was thicker than expected.

Four Flamingos was absolutely amazing our Server/mixologist was so attentive and knowledgeable about the food as well as the amazing drinks she is designing. I would absolutely recommend anybody go to Four Flamingos, I had the Osters which were absolutely to die for, the Lobster Mac and Cheese was incredible and had an entire Lobster tail on top. The Florida Old Fashioned is inspiring and oh so delicious! Richard Blais is a gastronomical genius!

My husband and I had such a wonderful date night at Four Flamingos for Magical Dining! The crab cakes were absolutely incredible, I enjoyed the chicken, and he loved the fish. Dessert was the highlight of the night—our favorite part! Highly recommend this place for a special evening.

We went there for our anniversary dinner. We ordered the coconut shrimp, mojo chicken, oxtails and the tiramisu tres leches. The shrimp weren’t bad but for 3 large shrimp, it was overpriced. We received our entrees very quick and they were room temp which made it clear that they were not made to order. The best part of the meal was the bread they brought to the table and the dessert. The waiter was very nice and the manager came over and made things right but we would have rather had a great meal and experience. It’s unfortunate as we were really looking forward to it, but we will not be back.

Came in late after the Daytona race and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. We ordered the oxtail empanadas which were delicious and the chutney with them gave you a nice sweet and savory contrast. The oysters were a nice surprise with the freeze dried pearls and are a must have. The ceviche was great with the flavors being fresh, just would have liked a vessel like a chip or something to soak up some of that sauce. The main courses were black grouper and the sea bass. Both were cooked perfectly and the sauce on the sea bass was exquisite with the hint of the key lime in it. The grouper and gnoochi were a perfect blend. Definitely would recommend coming and trying this restaurant out.
