Worst KFC I’ve been to in 10 yrs. We stood at the counter for 6 minutes before someone took our order. The wrap was covered in sauce and made incorrectly. We asked for it to be replaced. A large, disgruntled, female employee with long dark hair and glasses was annoyed that she had to help us. Leaving her drive thru cubby was beyond her comfort zone. My husband finally got his food 7 minutes later. Yes we watched our watch while we waited. The lobby was empty . I looked around and saw that there was trash on the top of the new bucket center piece. I will stick to Popeyes chicken. My husband and I both got sick within 4 hours of eating there.

Usually love KFC. This time chicken came in one of the paper boxes rather than a coated bucket – the chicken released so much oil and grease that it went through the non-coated paper box, through the 10 napkins at the bottom of the bag, through the bag, and has now stained our passenger car seat with fry oil. Also had to wait almost 20 minutes for this. Yes I know this chicken is fried in oil and does take time but never had this experience before. Very very disappointing.

If you want to get food here don’t. The service was horrible. The staff don’t care at all. It was a slow night, Nobody was in front of me or behind me at the drive thru. I Order 2 spicey chicken sandwiches and a pot pie. Not difficult. I was asked to pull up to the front of the store. Waited 15 minutes… went into the store and finally got my food. I tried to give benefit of the doubt for maybe there short staffed, nope there was 5 people walking around. When I got my food I got no receipt,no sauces(i asked for), plus my bag had a whole that tore and all the food fell out at the torn seam. This is the worse services I’ve ever had at any KFC.

This KFC used to be great like 6 months ago. But it seems like all the staff now are these “bro” type guys in their 20s that simply do not care. There has been something wrong or missing on every order I’ve gotten from this establishment in the last few months. Easily 5 orders in a row. Considering not returning.

I have to give the service Zero stars. For unfortunately there customer service is horrible. I’m 59 yrs old and have been going through the drive through on my way home to Ashland every Wednesday nite since I moved here from Bandon Oregon last year. I absolutely Love there biscuits. They are amazing! I use to get a large Mac and cheese and 2 biscuits times two for our Wednesday night dinner every week. About 6 or 8 mo ago they had a Wednesday chicken fried steak dinner special for $5.99 and after trying that, now our new Wednesday night dinner! The chicken friend steak and mash potatoes goes great with our absolute favorite , Kentucky friend chicken biscuits! Tonight I got home and when I opened our boxes. NO biscuits 🙁 I’m sorry but for us it’s all about the biscuits. I called and spoke to the manager on duty explained how much we love our Wednesday night dinners but it’s just not the same without the biscuits. He apologized and said he would have the missing biscuits for me next time I came in. I explained how dinner isn’t the same without our biscuits and I live all the way in Ashland. He offered 2 extra biscuits. I explained that I really just wanted to have my dinner and biscuits together. He told me that he couldn’t just give me two more $5.99 dinners but would give me two free biscuits. I explained I didn’t want anything for free I just wanted what I paid for and asked if I could return the dinners I was given and get two new dinners with the biscuits so that I could eat them together. He said he could not take the dinners back and could not give away two free dinners but would have my biscuits here for me next time I came in. I was very disappointed and unfortunately won’t be back again. I just don’t see how as much as I loved my Wednesday night biscuits and chicken fried steak I just can’t bring myself to support a company that is more worried about a $5.99 meal than me coming in once a week. l will miss our Wednesday night chicken fried steak and biscuits!

Yeah, no. Don’t go here. For lunch or for dinner, anywhere in between the team just isn’t organized or able to handle orders on any scale. The crew trainers always quit, so they don’t have anyone who knows how the system should work. It’s pretty rough.
The only way it’ll get better is if there’s a management shift. Until then, it’s on par with the service at the Marathon’s Crispy Crunchy Chicken.
To the employees who actually work hard and do a good job, you’re the only reason this store is able to function at all. Thanks for what you do.

The service deserves 5 stars. This review is about management and policy. I tried to tip the young man in drive thru, only to be told he was unable to accept it. I was told management told them they were to put any tips in their cash register for the company to have. Now, my mom was a waitress her whole life. We lived on her tips as you don’t make much in regular pay.We tip for good service in our family.!! Not for the food, but for the way we were treated. The young man then suggested i give it to a homeless person, which was very kind of him. But I’d much rather give it to somebody working hard to support themselves and their families, who are making minimum wage and probably could use a little something extra. KFC…….You need to change this policy.
