Worst experiences here. Staff is disrespectful. Order the Cinnabon and their kitchen staff put mayo instead of icing on my Cinnabon. Disgusting! Fries are always soggy. Meats wet. Idk why this place can’t get it together.

I have been going to this Wendy’s since it opened. Never had an issue until today. Always smiling faces greeting you. The chicken, bacon and lettuce was awful. Lettuce core, burned bacon chunks, not pieces. And the chicken was dried out from yesterday or the day before. Bit into a hunk of bacon and nearly busted a tooth. Normally I recommend their salads. But today is not a good day. Disappointing 🙁

My family and I stopped in for dinner. Service was prompt and courteous and when there was a mistake with our order, the team replaced the food promptly and were professional. The food tasted good as Wendy’s do use fresh ingredients, however both ketchup containers were empty and the soft drink machine was out of many flavors, so options were limited. Overall, not a bad experience but room for improvement.

I ordered a regular chicken sandwich and I received a spicy chicken sandwich and it wasn’t edible. There were no toppings on it . Burnt so bad not able to eat it. Don’t waste your money on the bad food.

We had to have work done on the car and went to Wendys for breakfast. Cheap food, clean restaurant , absolutely amazing workers. The workers were super friendly and efficient. Sarah was so sweet and amazing. Would recommend this Wendys if you are in the area.

This is the best Wendy’s experience I’ve had in a while. The kind manager (I think) replaced my fries as I was waiting since they sat a while. The food is all very good. I even got one of those cookie frosty things. Dined inside and it’s pretty clean and they had the Indians game on. Nice.

I’ve been going to this wendys for a while and recently the customer service has been awful. You approach the counter and are ignored. They don’t talk to you. We just had our bag thrown onto the counter with no interaction whatsoever
