Recently, Subway announced that in its 60-year history, it was changing its menu substantially, and fine-tuned the new 12 signature Subway series. And so, I decided to stop by this location to find out if the Subway submarine sandwich has improved.
For my footlong “Subway Club” (it costs $10.59 including sales tax – can you believe it?!) sandwich, the Sandwich Artist asked me what kind of bread I preferred, and then she asked me if I wanted to customize the ingredients. The Sandwich Artist knew what she was doing, and how to make a proper submarine sandwich with care.
As I was leaving, three customers came in, and I overheard their conversations, “Today only, Subway is giving away one free 6-inch submarine sandwich to every customer…” Really?! Then how come the Sandwich Artist did not tell me?! I guess the franchisee did not want to give away one free sub to the customers like me. So disappointed!!!

Employees are always nice to me and the sandwiches are great. Very clean location. Only complaint I have is the cookies are often undercooked. Visibly pale cookies that don’t taste right, which wastes money as I have to throw them away. Cookies need to be cooked at least 5 minutes longer maybe to be golden brown or darker, not anemic. I will keep going to this location though.

Very rude staff. No customer acknowledgement when you walk in the store. In fact, the lady sat in the back for 3 minutes before coming out to give me her attitude while talking my order. She “will that be all” me so much that I didn’t wanna complete my order, felt like I was in a McDonald’s drive thru. Will never spend my money here again and I advise you to find a better subway location. They obviously don’t like working in the food service industry and it shows in their attitudes. Needs high level customer service training.

I went here yesterday. They supposedly gave me double meat but it definitely was not double meat. Then I also got sick almost immediately after eating the sub. I could not stay out of the bathroom the rest of the day and even this morning.

They are rude , disrespectful, and over charging. I asked for 1 extra piece of cheese they started being rude threw the cheese on my food & then charged me $1.20 for the slice of cheese . Then when I asked about it they said because of a “footlong” like I’ve never Heard anything like that . These people are entirely DISRESPECTFUL…!! The lady was rushing me and not even letting me tell her what I wanted on my food . This need to be fixed or something . This is INSANEEE

Typical food but TERRIBLE service. My 4 yr old daughter can make a sandwich faster than these people. Also you would think they would offer to make your 6 inch sub before the Mexican in front of you that ordered 15 twelve inch subs!!!!….After 10 minutes I walked out….worst subway EVER

Barely acknowledge customer. Site says delivery-maybe via 3rd party but curbside pickup was only option. App requires storing credit card. Only went again for location, in future will drive to Jersey Mike’s. Sandwiches require purchase of double meat to barely make a decent sandwich. Stayed away for years, learned my lesson. Won’t go back.
