My 4th time here at KPG, and it’s always good. I love the truffle fries. And for dinner, I had the New York strip steak, medium-rare. It was cooked perfectly, paired with mashed potatoes with gravy and mixed vegetables. It was perfection! The gravy was rich and tasty, might be the best gravy I’ve ever had, and the vegetables were seasoned well and were not overcooked. We came in on a busy Saturday night but were seated promptly. The place was loud, the bar was full and had a fun vibe. Our server, Besian, was attentive and friendly!

We visited KPG for dinner yesterday and ordered garlic bread, pizza, and calzone. This was one of the worst meals of our lives.
The pizza crust was oozing oil and butter and seemed like a frozen pizza. The calzone, which I asked for with mushrooms, onions, and spinach, was mainly tons of poor quality cheese. I could only eat the calzone crust, and that too just to get some food in my stomach. The food gave us an incredible stomach ache after just a few bites and we had to leave the rest.
The one server unfortunately had many tables to attend and so we were not asked how the food was or given opportunity for feedback or a resolution. We are still feeling quite sick from the food the next morning and are very disappointed in our experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

KPG Kitchen & Bar serves American food and pizza. We were exploring the area and decided to get lunch here. It’s a nice spot located in downtown Kent. We sat at the patio area but then it started to rain so we went inside.
I had the mussels as an appetizer and it was huge and really delicious. The mussels would’ve been sufficient for my meal. I didn’t realize how large it was going to be when I ordered it, so I ordered a chicken bacon and ranch sandwich meal as well. I definitely didn’t need to order that. I thought the sandwich was just ok though, kind of bland. Overall, it’s a decent spot to get a bite and drinks!

I just finished our take-out of spaghetti with meatballs, chicken pesto sandwich and 16 oz NY strip steak.
I am not sure what all the negative reviews were about. We did not have any problems at all and the food hit-the-spot !
I placed my order on the phone, he said it will be done in 25 min. We got there in 25 min and it was ready to go !
We brought the food back to our hotel room, the French fries were still crispy, the pesto chicken sandwich was very good. The spaghetti was made just right (noodles were perfect, the meatballs were delicious). The steak and mash potatoes were also delicious.
Would I go back again ? Absolutely !

Great food Great service Beautiful atmosphere. Just visited last Sunday with my other 8 motorcycle riders. Staff is friendly and polite. They let us choose the choice of table as per arrived. Everyone enjoyed the food & drinks served in appropriate time period. Will come back again

This family restaurant is a hidden gem. Part pizza place with outstanding pizza and calzones, it also features an eclectic menu that includes salads and steak. We went with the calzone, which was the size of a dinner plate and just done perfectly. We also went with the NY strip which was cooked to order with a side of veggies and mash. The service was good – mainly local kids. Definitely give this a try!

Food quality / price (value) rating 9. The atmosphere is Colonial Pub. We split a medium artichoke and meatball pizza, which was enough for us, and we still had 2 slices to take home. The menu is a decent mix of Continental cuisine type offerings (burgers, sandwiches) and Italian dishes. This place has a 13 seat bar, and the majority of tables in the bar and dining rooms are high tops. The food was prepared well with high quality ingredients and served hot.

We sat at the Bar, Misty was our server, she was excellent. ! I had the Chicken bacon ranch sandwich with mozzarella cheese & the ranch on the side, It was absolutely delicious , & their homemade inhouse ranch is fantastic & I don’t like ranch!! & hb had the chicken pesto sandwich & loved it. Both came with ff, that are also delicious We also ordered a margherita pizza to go , can’t wait to taste it ! This time I had a calzone with bacon & fresh tomatoes, delicious! Great patio with live music, pizza was really good, different from New Haven style,we order a “Thin crust” and was huge, home pan pizza style, if you are looking for something different this is your place, also you keep on mind this will take around 20-30 min, service was nice but kinda slow. A lot of variety between pastas, pizzas, burgers and drinks.

Sorry to say I would not eat here again and wish I hadn’t in the first place. The food was bland, we got Disco Fries and a pizza. Big portions but absolutely no taste to either. Very disappointed.
The drinks were good, but sadly we had to wait nearly 30 minutes for a takeaway which was meant to be 15 minutes, when finally got our food the disco fries looked like they’d been under a heat lamp for ages so maybe it was ready in 15 minutes but was just left there…
