We’ve visited here several times, always great food, good service, & reasonable prices. I had the pork chops. They were the best pork chops I’ve ever had. They were so tender you could almost cut them with a fork. The sauce they put on them & served on the side was wonderful. The steamed veggies on the side were also cooked perfectly. I also had the chili, it was super cheesy & yummy; great flavor. Love their roles with the cinnamon butter, they could be a meal in of themselves. We also ordered the bloomin onion. It was good, needed more dip; should’ve asked, that was our fault. My wife had the ribs. They were literally fall off the bone, it was ridiculously awesome. They were so good, the taste was superb. Our server was great, so friendly & attentive. Overall the experience was lovely, I can see why this location is so popular.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!!! I came in for a medium steak, I received an over cooked steak, waiter asked if I wanted another one. I told him I was not going to wait for another steak when my party was already eating and about done. I said I would just take it to go. Manager passed the table twice prior to this, not once did she ever come speak like she did the two tables next to us and across from us. Waited almost 45 minutes and still nothing. Manager finally comes over and ask if I was sure that I didn’t want another steak. I informed her, that was what I was already waiting for. I had a to go plate waiting. I had already paid my bill. She comes back and says oh, waiter thought you didn’t want anything else. So I just paid for a steak I didn’t eat or get. Hmm, she goes back and says ok, I’ll get you another one. She said 5-7 minutes. 15 minutes later and still waiting. Fast forward 45 minutes and still waiting. She tries to butter it up with a free entree up to 15 dollars. Finally she comes back and says I can come back after you cut into it. Mind you it was already in a to go plate. Nope at this point I’m ready to go. She continues talking and when I tell her I won’t be back here. The manager Leah walks off and doesn’t even finish her sentence. Absolutely horrible experience and no i won’t be back to this location again. Negative stars for this place and the waiter which I didn’t get his name since he didn’t come around much anyway just horrible. Yes they were busy but, it was Friday afternoon and why I was trying to be courteous but enough was enough. Waiter didn’t check in much. When I finally flagged him down about the steak, it was way later. Also, they did bring someone else plate, I touched the fries because I asked if those were sweet potatoes, that was what I ordered. Nope, it wasn’t even outer food so whomever that plate was for, I already touched a fry and I bet they served it like that.

Our food is always up to par when we visit, but Chandler was our server and she was so sweet!

We were really excited about coming. For me, my second time EVER at a Texas Roadhouse. Our server only visited the table 3 times (drinks, order, and how is the food). Well the food was AWFUL!! Upgraded to Mac and cheese… no flavor whatsoever. Kraft is better than this… straight buttered noodles. Meats tasted awful & no water refill during the meal. Second and last time I’ll be dining at any location. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!

Tonight me and my lovely family came to enjoy some delightful food. When we walked in we were greeted with huge smiles and fast service. Our waiter Elias was super friendly and respectful. He made our night very easy and comfortable. He was quick to fill our drinks and bring our food. Overall this experience was wonderful and we will be coming back. Yes back on the grill LMAOOO. WAIT Thad’s unsanitary you can put a steak on the grill if somebody already touch it and someone touch it.
They take back the steak and bring it back out almost charcoal. No sir.
We try to talk to the server and manager we’re not looking for an apology or get a meal for free. It’s unsanitary also if I was a manager I would’ve just put that on the trash and bring a brand new steak to our customer.

Was an ok spot. Could have been better I feel the steak was an extra that was sent back maybe? Seemed to be a bit stuffy for some reason. Our waitress was impeccable! We will return hopefully it was a fluke.

Joseph our server was phenomenal! Of course on Valentine’s Day it was packed and there was a wait even with reservations but the staff weren’t out of their way to get us in as quickly as possible and even served mocktail shots while we were waiting. The bread was fresh and hot and the kitchen kept the food coming. Drinks were excellent. We will definitely be back. Thanks for the wonderful date night.

Came here for a father’s day meal. They gave me the most burnt ribs of all time. I tried to change the light settings to get a better picture but they were so burnt and dry this is the best description.
We waited 20 minutes just to get the dry burnt food and get changed full price. We tip and took care of the waiter but we are never gonna spend this kind on money on this poor quality food.
QT the gas station has better quality control than this joke of a establishment.
Prime rib = dry and under seasoned we asked for Medium rare and we got well done….. Don’t offer this a special when you can’t offer quality.
You robbed us today.100$ worth of inedible substance. You charged us full price for sub quality food and expect us to be thankful.
Shame on you.
PS the salads and the water were the only positive experience we had here today.
