This was our first time to eat here. It was excellent! The ingredients in our sandwiches were fresh and yummy. We ordered the Firehouse Hero and the Turkey Bacon Ranch. Both were delicious. The young man that took our order was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very clean and the restrooms are nice. My husband and kiddo’s especially loved the soda machine. It had every flavor! I can’t believe we have never visited this place until now. We will definitely be back! 5 Stars!!

The food was underwhelming. It used to be so good with large portions but the sandwiches have gotten so small that they look like they came off of the kids menu. Some were really dry in spite of the contents. Its a nice atmosphere but I dont think I will go back until it improves.

They almost always mess up my order. If I ask for no pickles they put a pickle on my sub. I am super sensitive to any kinda of spicy food so I always ask for no deli mustard because even that can hurt me. Today I order a sandwich and they cooked or seasoned with something extremely spicy and my mouth is on fire. I wish they would be more considerate and actually read the orders when making a sandwich. I keep going back because I really do love a fire house sub but it’s getting to a ridiculous point.

This place is by far amazing when it comes to sandwiches I’ll choose this place every time. The prices r amazing, first time eating in we also went during a lunch rush the music was so loud u hardly heard your name be called, plus front service employees felt annoyed when it came to ordering nothing was a choice or have u tried this no up sales nothing didn’t ask if we wanted a large just took a medium for us, also leaned in the next customer order was very poor hurried them up as well, definitely can do better especially for making outstanding sandwiches, a speaker would be useful, also try to upsale as a front desk cashier, window unit is amazing at service. He didn’t explain to grab your own chips or even my daughter kids meal, I hate touch stuff that has no permission or sign to say choose one. Definitely a big problem that again can be fixed

This place is amazing. The sandwiches here are amazing and great tasting. This is my favorite sub restaurant now that I’ve tasted a few sandwiches. The prices are reasonable; customer service is the best; and the place is clean. Not to mention, part of your money goes to first responders for life-saving equipment and resources. Disinfectants are located in two different areas of the restaurant, and restrooms are made for the handicapped. Great job, guys.

Drive thru was extremely slow, and the food was disappointing, especially at $50+ for three people.

My “steak” sandwich had gross mushy vegetables and a tiny amount of thin sliced meat. The sandwich was mostly mush and bread, and the bread was mushy, too.

The “loaded potato soup” was a flavorless cup of water and flour that I’d be embarrassed to serve to my dog.

I’m getting sick of corporate greed and managerial idiocy. If the food sucks, the service is slow, and the price is insane for what you’re getting, why would I ever eat here again?

Easy answer: I won’t.

I order through their mobile app. When my boyfriend went to go pick it up, someone had already “picked up” the order. Someone stole my food. The restaurant manager had only this to say. She said “well, we can remake it if you come down here with the confirmation number.” I sent my boyfriend because I couldn’t go. So someone stole my food and the restaurant couldn’t do anything because my boyfriend only had a screen shot. I could have verified over the phone.

Excellent place to stop for lunch. They’re welcoming and friendly, they get the food made super fast, it’s always consistently good, and they have great iced tea. Good iced tea isn’t all that easy to find in San Angelo restaurants, but Firehouse has it.

Absolute train wreck. Submitted online order at 6:45, I was in the store waiting near the rack at 6:55 (estimation was 7:10). They usually see me waiting and ask if I am waiting for an order but just walk past me with a to go order and put it on the rack, a lady waiting at the rack looks at the tag and carries the order out. 7:25 rolls around and I ask the shift manager if there is an order under our name and she said that she remembered making the order and it must have been stolen. I wait for them to remake the sandwiches and am finally getting the order at 7:45. The manager tells me that they are out of large cups but she can give me a medium cup instead (after I paid for a large…) Get it together, ask customers sitting alone near the door if they are waiting on an order before throwing it to the wolves on the rack, and dont give a customer less than they paid for, especially after they have waited over 45 minutes!

Ordered food online via Uber eats and asked for no onions on subs. Receipt shows that there are no onions on the subs . My partner is allergic to onions and bit into the sub with onions. Have been trying to call and it’s been busy every single time.. I’m so disappointed bc I never have issues with them
