Well I order a xl extra cheese and pepperoni for the kids and they send me this I’m not even sure what they sent and then tell me it will be another hour if I don’t want a remake I will have a 25% off my next order it’s 6 pm these kids need to go to bed and I’m not waiting another hour to feed my kids won’t be back here again

I felt mentally dumber after experiencing customer service at this location. The incompetence of the gal, who I think was a manager, was laughing, not serious about her job, and argumentative the entire time I was in the store.
Order was placed for the Clayton store, and was sent to this store. Guy at counter really tried to find my order. Eventually found the pizzas & wings. It was the manager that argued the order was voided, and tried to send me back to the Clayton location, even though the actual pizzas & wings were in a warmer by the drive thru. Kept arguing that she couldn’t let me pay because the order (on her computer) was voided. Drive thru backing up, 5 guys behind me in line waiting patiently (sorry fellas). Wife was getting angry as to why we couldn’t pay for the physical pizzas (at this store already, and made). She was very difficult and didn’t seem to know what she was doing.
Part of this issue is the call in center taking the orders. I specifically gave the address location for the order for the Clayton location.
Dealing with this specific North Main store has never been an enjoyable experience.
Ordered $75+ of food and drinks.

You can never go wrong with the KING! Cassanos pizza is the best in the area! This location is on the small side, But that did not affect the quality of the pizza.

Absolutley terrible experience!!! Ordered delivery, large pepperoni, a Cassini, and a sub. What they delivered an hour and a half later was horrendous and inedible.
The pizza was wrong… instead of plain pepperoni that was for the kids we got a rubbery center loaded cold supreme. My kids were not touching that atrocity.
The sandwiches were the most mayonnaise sloppy things I have ever seen. Totally gross and you guessed it… cold.
After a back and forth with the call center I had to take the terrible food back to the store which was SLOW and full of lazy employees blasting terrible music. After waiting another 35min in the store they remake my order and finally give it to me. When I got it home we finally started to eat after initially ordering three hours later. What a joke! And to top it off they got our sandwiches wong!!!!
Still waiting on a return call from Mr. Steel…

Manager Lucas provided excellent customer service. Accurately ensured my order to the cooks and was kind enough to bring my pizza out to me when it was ready sooner than expected. Observed his management skills with his staff and he has a direct but respectable way of ensuring his cooks step things up in preparing orders. He takes pride in his position which is not very common these days. Thanks for reinforcing my eagerness to get my cassanos pizza when l come to town!

Not the right crust, raw dough, and pizzas were not cut through.
Try explaining to your guest that they have to wait until I cook the pizza I just picked up. And to the children who are crying because they are hungry.

Casssnos has good wings…BUUUUT, the fact that they are extremely fatty, takes away from full enjoyment. I had to pull the skin off and oick through ro find little traces of meat here and there….50% chicken, 50% fat. I can’t fill up on these wings for picking all the fat away. Even the skin is slick and fatty. Maybe taste better if they were baked to a slight crisp. Maybe its just me, but the feeling of fat in mouth makes me want to vomit . If my bones aren’t left bare, the chicken wasn’t good.
