The owners are super kind and friendly as well.
This was my first time at Cathedral Park Food Cart Pod. It’s a really nice spot with a good vibe and drinks, Japanese, and Mexican food. I look forward to more carts joining the pod in the future.

Good sushi and really nice people right here in the neighborhood. I got 4 rolls to go and they were done really quickly and were quite tasty. It was also pretty affordable for what we got. 4 rolls were more than enough food for 2 people.
They have udon and sushi burritos as well. I saw someone else getting sushi for “here” and they served it on real plates. It is a really nice pod, with 6 covered picnic tables make it possible to hang out and eat there, if you like.
I’ll really happy to have a great new sushi option in the neighborhood!

I just ordered from this food truck and was blown away to see it come out on a real plate with a beautiful presentation! I had the mt hood roll and a hand roll and it was so fresh and excellent. Very fairly priced too. Will absolutley be back, they need to create a Yelp for this location and an IG so the food cart page can hype them up more! I’ve tried every sushi option in the St. John’s/Portsmouth area and this is def one of the best.

10/10 Had an AMAZING experience here! The Sushi Cake was so good and the presentation was incredible! The prices were also super reasonable, the Sushi Cake costed half as much as some restaurants charge, but was twice as good! I must return.

Was not expecting that! I got the yummy yummy, and it was REALLY, REALLY GOOD for a food cart. I mean, it’s not as good as bamboo sushi, but it still was amazing. The cart pod has a really nice ambience with an on tap bar cart, covered tables, and clean bathrooms.

Used to be my go to but I’ve noticed lately the quality has started to dip. The dragon roll used to be the prefect roll now I’m not so sure. There was so much sauce that it was almost like they were masking something.
