4 nights in a row I’ve come here to eat yes it was late . I showed up at 8:41 p.m. and at the latest 8:45 p.m. yes they close at 9 but I get off work late and I want a subway and the doors are always locked and no one is allowed in. Sorry not trying to be mean but dang I want a subway

This manager should be ashamed of this store. All surfaces are covered in dust while flies land on the line of veggies. Employees are too embarrassed to “swat” to kill them with a line of customers. Ceiling tiles are wet and falling. Butler has 3 fast food places to eat with McDonalds and Hardee’s being the others, that’s the ONLY reason this store is still standing. It could use a VERY good deep cleaning.

Got 6 inch rotisserie chicken sandwich that absolutely had the least amount of toppings i have ever gotten at a subway restaurant there were spaces between the lettuce of an inch or more there was not enough on it at all I have had more than one bad experience eating here this place is a complete ripoff in my opinion and I will be honest I do everything I can to save money and it passes me off that this subway will not take coupons from subway that don’t give you your moneys worth when you pay full price.

Subway is always amazing. This one is usually good when it comes to the employees, they are fast and really nice but I went here earlier tonight and the 2 girls behind the counter seemed like they were having a competition to see who could be slower. It wasn’t just my order they were slow with, but also with the person in front of me and behind me.

Rude, slow and won’t honor coupons. Brought a 2 week old coupon in which doesn’t expire for another month. Handed it to her before the sandwhiches were fixed and then told at checkout the coupon wasn’t good because her manager hadn’t entered it into the system yet. Asked her to manually enter the price and was told that couldn’t be done. Asked for her to ring up a similarly priced item instead. Was told very rudely “No”.
Gave her a choice to honor what she admitted was a valid and local coupon or throw the entire order in the garbage. She still refused…so I walked out.
