I was reading a lot of the negative reviews before coming here and i have to say i have no freakin clue what any of you are talking about.
I walked in and i said hi to the woman behind the counter. This is an italian spot! It has italian feel, up north attitude (not a bad thing, it means they are real people and do not hide their feelings like a lot of other people) and its a mom and pop place.
I ordered a tiramisu, S cookies, and a handful of cannoli’s.

They were absolutely incredible. You can tell all of it was home made. I told my step dad who is a sicilian and New Yorker that we need to go back.

Great Italian bakery. I was new to the store and they took time to explain what things were and the best way to eat. Everything was fresh. Not a lot of seating, but there were a few seats if you wanted to snack there.

We greeted by the warmest smile from a tiny Sicilian woman. It was like one would be greeted by their grandma. Another friendly and kind lady came around the counter and explained what each of their pastries were. We left with a box full of goodies and warmth in our hearts. 10/10, I recommend! You must come and experience the warmth from a grandma along with the yummiest pastries ever! I almost forgot, the pastries were so affordable!!

Cute bakery open early in town. As you park, music is playing on the outside of the building. Fun space out on the patio to sit and enjoy coffee and baked goods. Inside looks very Italian. A few tables to sit and enjoy the morning or afternoon. A whole wall filled with baked goods for you to try. Lovely service. Thanks for an easy choice for snack time and coffee.

Palermo’s is just like the great Italian bakery in the northeast. We went there for lunch and they had two eggplant parmesan sandwiches left and they were amazing!! We also had espresso and pastries. Everything was delicious.

We ordered a custom layer cake to resemble my mother’s favorite shadow cake from up North. My mother and family really enjoyed it. It was fresh and comparable- thank you so much! If mom is happy, I am happy. It was so delicious- going in for a second time.

Overall, pleased with this find. The help was accommodating and Donna, Rose are amazing! Thank you!

Now You ask why did I choose Palermo’s

to be part of my Decade Birthday celebration?
Simple!!
Palermo’s Italian Bakery has been a staple
in Boyton Beach for more than 60 years!
I’ve had cookies, pastries and rolls there before but not a cake as in a specialty one!
I decided to go with tried and true reviews and reputation!
I needed a cake for 20 discriminating palates!! The cake Jo Anna P. had designed for me was a work of artistry!!Let’s just say it was a cross between a Picasso, Monet, & a Rembrandt all rolled into one!! Everyone raved over it! Kudos to your baker!!

I was very disappointed. I had high hopes did a Google search found this place walked in. Looked good. Ordered a half a pound of rainbow cookies and unfortunately, they were the worst rainbow cookies I’ve ever had and you would expect at $25 a pound that it would be fresh and delicious but this was far from that unfortunately will not be returning
