Ordered from here for the first time this evening and am absolutely ecstatic to find a new gem in Conway. The tacos I had were all amazing. I tried three this evening: the Asada, Pollo, and Carnitas. All of the meats are well seasoned, and melt in your mouth. They honestly didn’t even need the salsa but the roja and verde are both amazing as well. In addition to trying my top three favorites as tacos, I got the Pastor Sopes. The pork is extremely tasty and I need to get one of those as a taco as well! I loved the sope but I think the cheese, beans, and sour cream mask some of the amazing flavor of the meat. To drink, I had to try the horchata as it’s my favorite and so glad I did. It has so much flavor. Best I’ve had in Arkansas and rivals most I’ve had in South Texas.
The meats are definitely a winner out of all taco places I’ve been to. So glad I don’t have to go all the way to Austin, Tx to get my street taco fix now!
Will definitely be an often returning customer.
Owners: I would ABSOLUTELY love it if you added a Nopal option to the menu! Your meats are amazing so I know you would make the cactus taste just as good! Thank you! I’m open for testing it for you 😉

I had a taco and burrito today, both carne asada. The taco was a bit on the dry side, like the meat could have been more moist and tender. But the burrito was really good. It’s the same meat but when mixed with rice, beans, cheese, peppers and onions, it all just works. He gave me 2 sauces, one red and one green. The red was too spicy for me but the green was not a bad addition to the burrito.
My only real complaint is that I had to eat the burrito with a fork cuz it’s folded but still open at both ends. A slightly larger tortilla would help but honestly it’s not a big deal. The service was great and their prices ($2 tacos and $6.50 burritos) make this a prime spot for future visits when I need a burrito fix.

This is one great taco spot, the taco de suadero was delicious and the burrito de Pollo was great. It doesn’t hurt that they are reasonably priced. If you ever find yourself in Conway Arkansas, you got to try this spot.

9/10/22 update: Went from 3 to 1 because they charged me more than they told me the total is. Have been back a few times but haven’t updated review. They have issues with allowing fat/gristle from chicken into the food and also continue to fold over the tortilla and put the folder part on the bottom, rather than wrapping an actual burrito up. Various consistency/QC issues here. Not worth the travel from where I live to deal with this level of inconsistency, quality and the overcharging.
Asada was a little on the tougher side but I prefer this over raw. Also a little on the salty side but only slightly. If you like to chew the steak some, this is your place.
Rice is very fluffy, maybe a little too fluffy but not a big deal.
Carnitas is hard to describe. It had a hint of “classic carnitas” flavor and smell to it (maybe lard) but also could use more flavor. It smelled familiar to what I remember when I was younger.
When I asked what was in the burritos he named off a bunch of things including sour cream and bell pepper. There was none of that. It was cheese, rice and meat (I asked for no beans). Burrito was just folded over and not closed on either end.
One very small piece of fat in carnitas but not a huge deal.
Wouldn’t mind more lime included as well.
A bit out of the way for me considering the quality. Price is great, though. If you want something edible and cheap this is good but it wouldn’t be my first pick.
