This location was overcrowded due to a nearby event. Staff seemed prepared with many workers, but some yelled orders so loudly that communication was unpleasant. When I tried to clarify slowly, I was rushed aside. Other branches show patience even when busy, but not here. Portions seemed smaller than other locations, and outside the restaurant there was a strong trash odor that needs attention.

I visited on a day when a nearby event brought in large crowds. The restaurant appeared ready with extra staff, but unfortunately service quality was lacking. Several employees shouted orders loudly, making it difficult to understand. When I tried to slow down communication, instead of accommodating, they kept raising their voices and pushing me to move quickly. It felt rude and unwelcoming.
In other locations, even during busy times, staff at least show some patience. Here, that sense of customer care was completely absent. The food portions also seemed slightly smaller compared to other branches, which added to the sense of disappointment.
Another issue is the environment: a strong garbage smell outside the restaurant. This not only hurts the dining experience but also reflects poorly on management. This problem needs to be addressed.
Overall, between the rushed, unfriendly service, smaller portions, and the unpleasant smell outside, this location left me dissatisfied.

I just picked up my online order from your restaurant, and it’s much smaller than I expected. Any idea why it’s so tiny? I’m really hoping this isn’t a mistake or some kind of scam. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE like please look at this, what the Hell? burrito is tiny, tastes like nothing, and the filling is organized perfectly in segments. Burrito bowl is like 70% rice, got maybe a tablespoonful of meat, almost no tomatillo sauce… asked for light cheese and got a good amount of it. Food was also super cold.
The employees also just didn’t care about the mobile orders. We waited around to see if we needed to scan anything before we took our bag… ignored completely. We took our bag straight off the shelf with no problem. A little sketchy.

If I could give zero stars I would. But I would appreciate if the manager of this location could provide their contact information regarding an order I placed this evening and the terrible customer service I received on the Chipotle app. I have screenshots to share. I would encourage anyone placing a pick up order to avoid doing so. Thank you.

Lately I’ve been noticing that when you place an order online or through app for pickup the quantity of the food is almost always half of what you’d expect.
Updated review: Rude and impatient Employees, really small portions. This location doesn’t offer anything other than convenience. I’ve started going to the location on Iron Point Road and it’s a much better experience there.
Updated 2025 review: I’ve stopped going to chipotle realizing what a rip-off this place is. They skimp on the protein and load up on rice and beans. I’m not paying $10 for rice and beans.

Went in for a Carne Asada burrito left with regret. Not only was the employee rude to his fellow coworkers, but the food was not good the sour cream was too liquid there was a pile of dirty dishes the person making the food dripped the water from the bottom of the rice container all over my wife’s bowl. careless staff would not recommend this location.
