The pizza is EXTREMELY hit and miss. I mean extremely. One time you’ll swear it’s the best pizza you’ve had in years and then the next few times will be absolutely horrendous. There’s no consistency whatsoever.
Plus, they’ve been skimping on the toppings like crazy as well. I, for one, enjoy mushrooms on my pizza. So I get mushrooms and all I find are about 10-12 chunks of square half inch mushroom pieces on a large pizza. They’re so small you dont even know they’re there. Which is a shame because Dominos always had the best fresh mushrooms that you could actually taste. Not anymore! And dont even think about adding “extra” of the same topping. You will literally get the EXACT same amount as a “normal” portion but they sure wont forget you charge you double for those extra toppings. I’ve tested this many times to be sure. I only kept going back for the odd time for when the pizza was exceptional. I kept thinking that maybe today will be good. I was stuck chasing that good pizza that I know they’re capable of but I dont think I can do it anymore.
The final straw was that I ordered a pizza 4 HOURS in advance for a specific time. I drive there only to be told that they’re busy and that it’ll be another 30 minutes before I get it. WHAT’S THE POINT OF ORDERING IN ADVANCE?? I asked the cashier that question and all I get was “Idk. I’m not the manager”. They didn’t care at all. It angered me even further when I look at the orders on the TV in the lobby and see some were done. So, unless those orders were pre-ordered even earlier than 4 hours in advance, it doesnt make any sense otherwise why mine wouldn’t be done on time. I made them give me my money back and I walked out.

I ordered a Pan Pizza online. I had to take a topping off of the of the pizza because of a warning… i remove Feta cheese since it can be sprinkled on. When i asked for a little to put on my pizza the man who made the pizza refused because it would be RAW plus it could not be given as a side. REALLY, RAW feta cheese…. Well Two of the 3 staff were amazing and offered help. One even offeredto put fetta cheese on it and put it back in the oven. I appreciated him making an effort… WESLEY the manager, chose to go off on his staff and accuse them of making decisions over his head. The female staff attempted to calm him down and assure him they just wanted to find a solution to help the customer. He began to record me when I told him to forget about the cheese. I did not care for his level of customer service and hate how he talked to his staff. I asked for his Managers number and corporate number. He refused both. He called his Manager and began to lie about his staff and the situation. I was still being denied communication with the Manager Chris… I continued to ask for the number. Finally WESLEY said i am calling the police because you won’t leave. I told him that he never asked me to leave and he still had not given me a number. I went to my car and he followed me. He took photos of me and tried to take photos of my tag…. When he could not get to the back of my car he stood in front of my car taking pictures. Instead of providing me with the info and getting back to work, he spent time in the parking lot TRYING to run around my car for my tag….. And on top of all that the pizza was not even cooked through or cut through…. Wesley is NOT ready for a supervisor position…SMH…

Pizza was okay but did not compensate for the poor quality of the wings; bone-in buffalo wings shouldn’t taste like cheap bacon. Absolutely some of the worst wings I’ve ever had. They were also not cooked all the way through and were almost ice cold to the touch. I’ve been coming to this location for years, and am quite taken aback by how far the quality of the food has fallen, both in terms of ingredients and preparation.

This locations has the worst employees I have ever encountered, Ordered from this location tonight, the employees were very impolite, the worker on the phone even made fun of my name at some point. I asked to speak with the manager due to the guy on the phone being so rude, he said the manager was beside him too busy. We cancelled our order and I will never order from this location again.

ordered a thin crust veggie and a meatzza pan. both had too much cheese like way too much cheese. and the pan was raw. completely raw. i ate two slices thinkin it was the cheese only to slide the cheese off and see raw dough. 23 bucks gone and stomach cramping later, i will not be back. not normally one to complain but it’s ridiculous when you spend money on something you know can be good and its trash.

I have to say this was the best pizza I’ve had in a long time. The workers were so helpful and nice. The restaurant was extremely clean and the pizza was so good and hot that we could barely get out of the parking lot before eating it. So cuddos! We went in on 1/21 at around 9pm. Those working on this night you did a great job. The comment I made when we opened the pizza was wow, this pizza was made with love ! Great job it was delicious . Oh and the new spinachy cheesy bread! Yummy yummy yummy!

Got there after receiving an email that our pizza was ready and it wasn’t. We waited over 10 minutes to get our food. We ordered one hand tossed and one thin crust. We get home and they are both hand tossed. So we had to take another Trip back to get the correct pizza.

Wasted $30. placed order online walked in to get pizza only to see them making pizza with no gloves, just bare hands. Meal always paid for online, didn’t want to cause a seen and didn’t want to wait for food to be remade. Idk if it was my anxiety or what only ate three slices and was sick for two days. I might’ve just been more disgusted that I knowing know somebody touched my food with their hands and I was crazy enough to eat it.
