Used to be one of my favorite places- a relaxed atmosphere, nice patio, good food. But I’ve been there three times over the last year and the food took forever each time. The first time I chalked it up to a temporary staffing situation, the second time I wasn’t sure what to think (that time it took over an hour to get my burger order on a slow lunch day). I gave them one more try recently, when I brought guests there for lunch. They were not crowded and it still took about 40 minutes for our food to come.

Ordered for pickup. #1 Grilled chicken sandwich lettuce, tomato, mayo only (extremely chewy, had cheese, lettuce, no tomato, had onion) #2 requested hamburger no cheese said twice, lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mayo only (had cheese, no ketchup) #3 cheese burger, lettuce tomato ketchup, mayo (no ketchup) phone order different from receipt, final results don’t match receipt. ♀️
The staff never greeted. Stood at bar waiting flagged waitress to get service. Didn’t seem extremely busy even for a browns game day.
