Last night I ordered 2 chicken finger dinners, one with double fries, one with coleslaw, one with extra hot sauce on the side and a kids meal with chocolate milk and i wanted it all to go. I specifically asked for all of it this way.
To begin with the order took about 20 minutes to come out, when it did it a as on a tray as if I was going to eat there. I explained that I asked for it go. So they had to take it all back and pack it up for me. Then when I got it back, in fairness I should have checked it over but it was getting late and I wanted to go, but I got no coleslaw, no extra hot sauce, no chocolate milk for the kid’s meal, the chicken tasted old and it definitely was not tender.
I don’t blame the girl who waited on me or the guys in the kitchen, I blame the management. Workers are only as good as their leaders.
Cannot say I will eat at Zaxbys again. Even times when I have gone there and they got the order right, there is definitely nothing that great about the food here.
I guarantee, if the management cares enough to read these words, they will not take responsibility for it themselves, they will likely blame the workers. It’s kind of sad and pathetic but I cannot see myself coming back to this or any Zaxbys.

Sanaya at the drive thru window is SO sweet!! love that girl!! she has amazing people skills. i had a bad experience with that blonde girl other people have complained about myself and haven’t came back for awhile until tonight, im super pleased with my experience with her!!!

One in all of this was in one visit walking in. You have one employee smoking right next to the door. Bathroom is completely out of toilet paper. The paper towel dispenser only gives you about 3 in of paper towel at a time. So you have to stand there for 15 minutes to actually dry off your hands and the employee taking my order is talking so quietly. I can’t hear her and hardly paying attention at all and then tries to take my card out of my hand. Well, I’m still waiting for the card reader to actually ask for payment

Fries were too salty, and the chicken tenders were very small pieces. I’m from Toledo, and I never had Zaxbys before. The 1st time I had it 2yrs ago when I came here, it was very very good. Decent size pieces of chicken and fries weren’t that salty. It has gone down all around in quality, since the 1st time I had it. Especially the price that you pay for the food.

I’ve been going here for a while but the last couple of visits have been awful. Last time I ordered in the app and they had me pull up and wait. I waited probably 20-30 mins before I went in and the food was there. They forgot about it. But people make mistakes it’s ok. This time my partner went asl ordering on the app. They forgot a few things. Seemed annoyed when he asked for the milkshake he paid $5 for and didn’t receive. They got both orders very wrong. I love zaxbys but will be avoiding this location. Unfortunately it’s basically next to where I work.

some blonde old lady told me and my husband to get out because the lobby was closed, it was not 10 yet and other ppl were inside, the doors were not locked. I asked her well why aren’t the doors locked?? she said she “forgot to lock them but she was about to” and all we needed was a water cup. extremely rude lady. whoever was working at 9:45pm who was wearing glasses and looked maybe 60 years old. I’ve never had good experiences here with the women who work. maybe they need to go back home.

I enjoy coming here. I love the Big Zak Snack meal. Your seasoned fries are so good. I also love the salads. The drive thru is always pretty quick, so it’s nice to be able to get through quickly.

When did you stop caring marinara sauce? Fried cheese is not acceptable without it. If you are not going to offer it as an option, the customer should be asked what kind of sauce they want so that if their choiceisn’tavailablethey can make choose a different item. I ended up having to choke down what little I could of dry, plain, unseasoned fried cheese….yuck!!!

Ordered online and didn’t receive everything that I paid for. I ordered a kids grilled cheese meal with a drink without ice and 5 piece boneless wings. I ONLY received the 5 boneless wings and the drink had ice in it. The bag was sealed so Zaxby’s just completely messed up and didn’t care to give me what I paid for.
