Well this was a huge disappointment, arrived with 3 people ahead of us which I didn’t think was a big deal based on our previous experience at other Chipotle’s. This however, was a much different experience and they had just 1 single lady making bowls/burritos and then she was also working the register. What was really disappointing was the manager (I assume) walked right behind the counter and noticed the line but he had more important things to do as he was carrying a pen and clipboard. We continue to wait when another older lady walks by and doesn’t even look up to acknowledge the line of customers. In addition, when we arrived another employee was in back smoking and talking on his phone with no concern that inside the store was a train wreck. The young lady working the line and register was trying her best with absolutely no help. Once we finally got our food there wasn’t a single clean table in the entire restaurant, so we turn the corner to sit at the counter across from the drinks only to discover someone had spilled an entire drink on the floor. We cleaned a spot for the two of us when Mr. Clipboard and pen comes over to the drink counter and I thought he get this cleaned up asap but oh no, he inventories his cups and straws and walks away completely ignoring the mess on the floor which was an accident just waiting to happen. As we prepare to leave, finally there was another young lady cleaning tables and we walked right by her with no thank you for visiting, have a good night or even eye contact. Only bright side to this visit was that the bowls we ordered were good, however, will say that quantity was not what you receive at other Chipotle locations we visited. My suggestion to management is that you visit and take note of ANY Chipotle location in Greenville (and probably any other location) and you will understand what customer service should look like and how to maintain a clean and safe restaurant and environment. Was really excited when we found out this was coming to Morehead City but fortunately we still have Dank Burrito right up the street that offers great options, clean restaurant and knows how to treat their customers.

Why all the hate? Whoever made my bowl, God bless you. It was packed to the brim and it was just a regular bowl. Friendly staff. Clean interior.

Picked up a steak burrito meal that had steak that was REALLY mostly gristle. Way over priced and very poor quality. The chips were extremely salty. Whole meal was hardly edible.

so excited to have a chipotle 15 minutes from home now instead of driving to jacksonville or new bern! food was fresh, chips were crunchy and the customer service was great.

Food has been perfect every time i’ve ordered.
Staff is always respectful and quick with help.
The manager himself helped on my last visit and was super polite and made us feel welcome/invited.
The limited time options have also been amazing so far, happy to have a Chipotle closer to home now!

I just ordered online and picked it up through the drive thru, my order was ready right on time and it was PACKED full! the clips are SO good with the right amount of lime and everything was yum. Also, I got a salad with the vinaigrette and they gave me plenty of dressing, as opposed to other locations that try to give you a teaspoon of it. Loved it!!!

Meeting Tyler was a blessing! Amazing manager. Food was delicious. Atmosphere was clean and energetic! Harrison and Tammy offer wonderful smiles while serving on the front line. All crew members very polite and obviously dedicated to hard work. Thank you for a wonderful experience!! Can’t wait to come back

WOW! I SO wanted my visit to be GOOD! Been a YEAR since my last chipotle visit at other location. That SUCKED! Well, today’s visit SUCKED too! Ordered via app. MISSING CHIPS w/my LARGE guac side order! Also had a FREE chips and salsa offer in app but the app would NOT allow me to process this FREE option! Manager blew me off! AGAIN, this was a NEGATIVE experience @ the new morehead city chit – potle! BUMMED AGAIN! I guess looking at the reviews there IS a REASON there were VERY FEW cars in the parking lot and no customers inside and collapsing stock price!!!!. lol~
edit: and STOP putting that UNREMOVABLE paper customer name sticker on the aluminum tops! You supposed to be an environmentally friendly company but cannot use this w/sticker residue on it! CHIT — potle NEEDS a top2bottom REVAMP!

Food quality and taste is as expected. The major issue I experienced was that they gave my husband (a big man) a significantly bigger portion of meats while I (a small woman) got only half (or slightly more than half) of the protein my husband got. That’s not good. They need to improve on that.

Don’t know what all the bad reviews were about but today we had a great experience! Good service, amazing food, and nice environment. Will be coming again.
