Very rude employees from staff to management. Ordered sweet and unsweetened tea. Asked the employee which one out of the two was unsweetened as my husband has diabetes in return I was screamed at stating the top is pushed down for cola and that means unsweetened. Manager was standing right there allowing staff to behave in that manner. When we proceeded to speak to mgmt.(Alyssa) she proceeded to blame us for being upset over the way we were spoken to.

It’s 36 degrees outside and just as cold inside. Even the workers are wearing sweaters on the production line. TURN ON THE HEAT. I’m listening to everyone in here complaining about it being so cold.

I really like the grilled chicken sandwich here, but 7 out of 10 times (I’ve been keeping track) they don’t have any available and will be a 10 min wait. If it’s not something you can keep available it shouldn’t be on your menu. What makes it worse, when you order at the drive through you don’t get a real person. So you get to wait in line for 10 min only to be told they don’t have it……
Edit. Since making this review a cpl weeks ago I have gone back 2 more times and neither time did they have it available….

Somehow managed to go downhill really quickly. Must’ve hired new employees that just don’t care. The bo-rounds tasted strange and made my tongue itch (Which they never have before, gotten them plenty of times.) And my gravy biscuit was squished inside of the box as if it had been fisted and carelessly tossed in.

I would love to give 5 stars because when the food is fresh, it’s wonderful, but it’s a toss up regarding quality. We ordered the new chicken in a hot dog bun and it was delicious. The chicken was hot and juicy and well sauced. The bun was fresh. We ordered it again today. Totally the opposite. Chicken was barely warm and the sauce was absorbed into bun rendering it dry. The bun was hard from sitting in warmer I suppose. In order to get the very best, eat there during the regular meal times. It is always perfect then.
