What a great little restaurant! Was craving pescado zarandeado and called to make sure they had it. They recommended to order ahead of time as they make it fresh and it takes around 40 minutes for it to be ready. I did just that, and when we got there ordered tacos governador and empanadas thinking we would have to wait longer for the fish but it came out within 10 minutes.
Everything was very tasty, deliciously yummy! The pescado was cooked just right, with the right seasonings and salsa, and the tacos governador were to die for! All that was missing was the amaca by the beach in Nayarit.

I’ve been coming here for at least 8 years now, always have had amazing food always fresh and very tasty. Chabelas and enpanadas have always been my favorite, make sure to ask for the langostin sauce

Delicioussss food made to order by one person!
This is a tiny little hidden gem with amazing empanadas de camaron! (You really cannot leave without trying them.) We shared the langostinos and they were also suuuuper flavorful but you have to watch out for the spice it packs; I really appreciate that they give you the option between mild, medium, and very spicy. The only items I wasn’t crazy about were the tostadas de camaron (we got the raw options as well as the cooked); they weren’t bad by any means they just do not compare to the other first two dishes we tried. The chips & salsa are a nice tasty bonus.
Darla was our server and she was lovely; she answered allll of the questions we had and gave us a ton of information and recommendations. This is when she told us that her grandma is the one that cooks everything herself.
This is a great spot to catch up or grab a quick bite because it’s so small. Last comment, they sell beer and an assortment of fun drinks to accompany your meal.

The people that work there very friendly. Clean place. The ceviche lacks flavor..like they don’t use green lemon. The casuelitas of ceviche is a small bowl and very expensive. Is not even full. The empanadas are very good. The mojara plate is delicious with handmade tortillas and their special sauce..They could improve the ceviche. Too much veggies and the fish doesn’t taste fresh.

Food Seem it was in the fridge for days not fresh, I really wanted to try their empanadas since i saw the good reviews but sadly they were not good at all, my husband got a campechana no flavor whatsoever!! Michelada water down. Really wanted to like it since it’s around the corner from my house

Great place to eat fresh seafood Nayarit-style. Dine in or for take out. They are not skimpy with the ceviche and load the tostadas. They make tortillas by hand in the restaurant. Great place to bring the family or friends.

A couple of days before New Years, I went to pickup an order for someone else, I was told to confirm hot salsa in the bag. When I arrived, I asked to pay for my order and I was attended by the assistant cook. At first, she was very pleasant and kind, but after paying and not leaving a tip on the credit card machine (Why would anybody leave a tip when you weren’t actually served in the restaurant, you’re only picking up!) Well, when the order was ready, I just asked to confirm about the hot salsa from the owner and very politely wished her a “Happy New Year”. What really disturbed me, was that the assistant cook looked at me as if I was “Weird”, not only did she not acknowledge me by at least saying: “Happy New Year” or “Thank you” or “Have a nice Day” (when we made “Eye Contact”) but she had the nerve to whisper a negative comment about me to the owner while I was approaching the door! (She couldn’t even have waited until the customer (Me) exited the restaurant!!!) I don’t appreciate that….when I give business to an establishment and later the staff show disrespect by talking bad about me. That is extremely “Unprofessional!!!”

Sometimes a small place is good. Our favorite item to order is the Mojara Frita ( fryed tilapia) served rice and beans, but the green chili in line makes my mouth water. It’s a little spicy but Oh so good
