Just went to this location, and was trying to go inside because I wanted to see what goodies they had in the freezer. As I get to the door it was locked although there was people inside. Indoor dining didn’t end till 8:30, it was 8. When I walked away the one employee opens the door just to say we can’t come in. I found this terribly rude since I wasn’t planning on dining in and just wanted to look. Their door also clearly states the door isn’t allowed to be locked when customers are inside . Went to the drive through as an alternative and the customer service wasn’t any better. From looking completely lost while handling money from the people in front of me, to lack of communication I think this could all be worked on.

Had to go get part of my order inside, even though I drove through, in the cold weather after checking my bag and having missing items. Not the first time. Food was good though.

Annoyed. Frustrated. And grossed out,took us almost an hr and a quarter to get hardly Luke warm fries after already asking for it to be remade upon the first time showing up cold after 40 Mins the first time. Used to enjoy coming here now it feels horrible to pay almost 50 for 2 adults to get cold food as well as waste almost 2 hrs of time just for fast food. Not so good n not so fast anymore. Very very unimpressed none of the tables where clean just disgusting all together

The food is amazing but the staff conversation is inappropriate to say the least while we were eating here the staff was behind the counter throwing napkins at each other and talking about inappropriate things! Like putting things down her shirt! If the food wasn’t so good I wouldn’t be back and that’s only 65% of the time a lot of the time our fries are very cold

So let me say I really like Dairy Queen and the following comments are directed specifically to this Dairy Queen, not the company as a whole.
To put things simply, this Dairy Queen has the uncanny ability to mess up my orders constantly. My wife and I will order from there a couple times a month. Our orders are generally always the same. She gets a 4 piece chicken strip basket with gravy and asks for onions rings instead of fries. I tend to get an order of pretzel sticks, small fry, and a plain hamburger.
About 50% of the time I end up getting a cheeseburger. I’m allergic to cheese so that’s not good. I even say, “a plain hamburger, nothing on it” and somehow end up with a plain cheeseburger. I really don’t know what more I can do besides getting a job there, making my own food, and serving myself at this point but I digress.
As for my wife, I’d say there is about a 66% chance that they won’t give me gravy. When your wife specifically asks for gravy and you come home without gravy you’re going to have a bad day. Again, I’m not sure what else I can do to prevent this from happening. I’m very clear and even ask at the pick up window, “Is there gravy in the bag” only to be disappointed fairly regularly.
As for substituting onion rings instead of French fries, there is a 100% chance that I will not get onion rings no matter what I say or do. It’s just the way it is. Even God cannot help me at this point.
So if my Scott Steiner math is right. There is a 216% chance my order will be screwed up.
Once I realize my order is messed up I end up pulling back in and waiting behind like 5 cars which pulled in out of nowhere only to wait another 15 minutes to get my order fixed. Granted, I never get a hard time getting things sorted out by the workers but I’ve now wasted 20-30 minutes of my life that I’ll never get back by waiting in line twice for one order.
The sign of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results. Clearly, I am insane for going back to this DQ and expecting/hoping for different results.

The staff at this Dairy Queen didn’t bother to look at my order…. both burgers were made wrong. My banana split looked like it was in someone’s shoe…. there were no strawberries at all it actually looked like grape jelly. When we called to ask about burgers Taylor was rude and refused to give me franchise contact info and said it wasn’t worth the refund

Love Dairy Queen ice cream, especially the chocolate soft serve. I sometimes even make a strawberry or pineapple Sunday with it. Staff here is always friendly.
