I stopped by the Taco Bell recently, and I was really impressed with how quick and friendly the service was! The staff greeted me right away and made sure my order was correct before handing it out, which I really appreciate. The restaurant was clean, including the dining area and drink station, and everything looked well-stocked. I tried the Crunchwrap Supreme and a Baja Blast, and both were fresh and delicious — the lettuce was crisp, and the tortilla was perfectly toasted. The only small suggestion I’d have is to double-check that sauces are included in takeout bags, since mine didn’t have any. Other than that, it was a great visit, and I’ll definitely be coming back soon.

This Taco Bell is located in the the Marketplace shopping center in Tustin. It’s right next to In and out burger and Snooze AM eatery. The place is clean and the service is good. If you don’t like spicy food make sure to ask for the removal of the jalapeno sauce. The pictures have been taken over different times.

It’s one of the best Taco Bells around for taste. I remember they used to make food look like the picture. The dining area was clean and wiped. The restroom was clean as well.

It’s Taco Bell… what can I say except that after Taco Bell, it’s Taco. Doritos Taco is great! Only downside is the orange fingers. I wanted to be courteous to the employees that are behind the counter, but sometimes the rudeness in their own eye contact of the rolling of the eye is very classic and all I wanted was mild hot sauce. Waited and waited and waited. No one acknowledged I was there. Rudeness and indifference from staff can sour the experience and leave a bad taste in your mouth.

Holly smokes! Is that still a say’n, probably not…but I don’t feel I’m that old. Although it probably was never a say’n over the last 60 years.
But keeping it PG and that’s the best I can come up with! It’s a nearby high schools dance tonight so it’s crazy busy.
These guys and maybe girls, I’m not sure, are crushing it. I’ve never seen an In-n-Out size line in the drive thru anywhere but In n Out, at least not until tonight.
The guy handling the drive thru speaker was phenomenal. No issues understanding each other and was obviously doing many things at the same time, but doing them well.
The cooks were obviously crushing it too. They were all having a good time handling the rush and were all making it seem that they were stoked to be working and handling the crazy rush.
The food came out as if it was mid day Monday. Exactly how I had ordered it, and not just thrown together.
Really amazed at this team working tonight. They were on top of it.
The restaurant from what I could tell looking through the windows was super clean. The outside was immaculate. The drive thru lane was litter free and very clean.
Thank you for doing what you do.

Friendly staff, they serve quickly, food good, our favorite is Nacho Bell-Grande with double extra ground beef, which is .075 cent for each extra small amount of beef.

“One approaches the simple burrito not with the expectation of a symphony, but with the hope of a coherent melody. What landed before me was a cacophony, a culinary train wreck enshrouded in a pallid, damp flour blanket.”

This is a very clean restaurant that is bright and inviting and used to be one of my favorite TB locations. My husband and I usually get breakfast here once a weekend, and go across the street and eat at the Marketplace fountain. However, I have noticed the service and food has not been as good lately. Today, I was first given the wrong food entirely (a bowl instead of a burrito), and then when I received my burrito, it was the standard menu burrito when I had ordered customized options. I really think they just dumped the bowl in a tortilla and handed it back to me. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice until I was already across the street at the Marketplace fountain, and by then going back would have made my husband’s food cold. I ended up not eating my food at all and returned to the store and requested a refund, which they accomodated, but the staff didn’t apologize, processed my refund incorrectly (again without the customizations I paid for), and just made me feel like I was the problem.
So, TB, if you have these kiosks for easy ordering, and you offer all sorts of customizations, why make the customer feel bad when they want to actually receive the item they ordered and paid up for? How are your food preparers not trained to watch for the customizations?
