The food tasted ok. Nothing special. I was charged double for a tiny scoop of guacamole. I only asked for one serving. I did not get meat/protein on mine. They could have thrown in the guacamole for free. But I got charged double! The metal chairs at the tables are getting nasty. I had to pick a chair that has LESS RUST on it, so I didn’t mess up my clothes! Gross. Makes you wonder how clean the kitchen is. This experience does NOT make me want to come back.

I travel all over the country and don’t have a lot of time to eat. I stopped into Pancheros, which is not a huge franchise in Michigan. My burrito was excellent! The condiments and meat were fresh. It was not all falling out and it was mixed well together. Congratulations to Michael and his staff for doing such a good job! I took the time to let them know at the end of my meal. Good food nowadays is hard to find and much appreciated. Great work!

I love watching them freshly press the tortilla dough. They beautifully display nearly irresistible freshly prepared toppings. I absolutely love their salsa and queso are included to be able to incorporate into the meal. They mix the burrito filling before folding which simply really helps make the meal.
They inspire me to mix my own Mexican filling ingredients to help create something scrumptious.

Worse food I’ve had in a long time. I Ordered a chicken burrito and it had the smallest amount of chicken on it I’ve ever seen. Went to the store at 3pm and they had no lettuce in which they did not mention until after they started making my burrito. Portion size of everything was so small due to looking like they was almost out of everything. Why leave a store open if you’re not gonna give your customers what they order and pay for. For sure was a dirty environment also.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen. Got a poor excuse for a man that threatens women. Turn him in to corporate they said he would take care of it and gave my wife a free burrito. Went to get the burrito and the employees wouldn’t honor it. Called corporate back and the corporate manager said he was there and that we didn’t need to talk to the original poor excuse for a man the way we did. We never said a single word to that guy. I never said a word to anyone. My wife was talking to a lady but nothing was said to the guy. Everything I said is true and we are currently looking into getting a copy of the video and a lawyer.

First off I want to start off stating this is my favorite “fast food” Mexican restaurant. Never have had an issue until today. Food is good as always but the 2 female employees working on 1/2/25 around 12:15 pm were extremely rude. Rolled their eyes as I and several other family’s walked in like it was inconvenient to do their job. When asking for toppings they were just thrown on top and again with rolling eyes and in excess.

After a very tough day and losing a vehicle I ordered 3 simple things for dinner. 1 of them completely forgot. I’m just really sad and disappointed. It was only 3 things. A bowl, a quesadilla, and Queso.
This is not my first instance of missing or wrong items. Just thought I would give them a try again after not going there for a while.

Horrible experience. New girl taking our order, got a quesadilla and she stopped talking and tried to take the next order without asking or finding out what we wanted on the quesadilla, turned around and made a plain one with a tiny scoop of chicken and some cheese, when we asked for more to be put on it another person butt in and got rude “anything else?! ” when it was my turn I asked about corn tortillas as I have an allergy and was treated rudely about that. So we were talking amongst ourselves about what a strange experience it was when a manager comes out and starts yelling about us “talking like they weren’t there”. I said no one has listened to our order yet without being rude or not answering. They proceeded to all yell at us as we left. The customer is NOT number 1 at this store and I see why it has a 3.7 rating!
