These people are poor at management , i ordered a 3pcs combo and only recieved 1 piece of chicken i called to the store only for them to act like they didnt know what i was talkin about. Jesus ( GUAPACASA) remade my meal with no drink and no remorse. Moving forward workers need to do better with management and be taught more about proper costumer service.

If I can rate it a zero I would the worst Popeyes on Lawrence they rush their food . Food always cold it’s always a problem everytime I order from them today I order 6 piece wings all of them accept 1 was not fully cooked had blood in the inside and was still frozen.

Somewhat friendly so is the atmosphere, clean, organized, I notice a plugs ins for charging phones? Computers and so on….I guess… but when I tried it it didn’t work at all so what is the purpose of the plug ins to be in there? But over all its good place to unwind

I gave this restaurant 4 stars. I went there with my friends and we had spicy fried chicken and drinks. We spent about $25 on that. They usually give biscuits but I don’t know why they didn’t give on that day. We asked for it but the staff were like “we don’t give biscuits”. I like the chicken and the French fries as they are really delicious.

Raul was quick and very polite cashier. His patience level is impeccable. The food was very hot and fresh. They have to deal with alot of homeless and rowdiness here and they hold it down very well. They are polite, must’ve gotten rid of the person from previous reviews. Cause even the manager was polite, but not as nice as the cashier. Worth coming here. Pretty quick too. It was a long line and they powered through and stayed organized. Even took care of some Delivery people pretty quick that came in.

So, Popeyes Luisiana Kitchen keeps being the worst of all the fast food places that I know. Wednesday my son and I stop in one of them on North Ave. In Chicago. There were 5 cars in front of us and it took us 20 minutes to move 2 spaces! I give up and went to a different restaurant. I think that the managers need to be retrained so they can also retrain the employees. Today I stop at the very small Popeyes on Lawrance and Kedzie, this place has no drive-thru so, I parked and went inside. There were 4 people in front of me and in 18 no one place their order because the manager a cashier and a customer had some kind of problem. Again, I give up and went to another restaurant. I wrote to the corporation and they never bother to acknowledge my email, I never will go back.
