I am a regular here at this zaxby’s location and it is very poorly ran. I always online order and end up having to wait anywhere from 10-45 mins extra on top of what my wait time is estimated to be. Many times, I will not even know when my order is ready because they don’t call your name or put it on the display rack, so there is just a slough of bagged up orders with 10 customers crowded around the counter, waiting on their food. The customer service is poor, and the tables are always dirty. When I worked in fast food as a cashier, part of my job was keeping the dining room clean.

Not enough to eat, and I spent 14 dollars. Got 5 fingers and extra fries instead of slaw. Fingers and fries are small and insufficient for a grown man’s supper. Money is too hard to come by for people to take it and not give you a decent return. Zaxby’s used to do a lot better than this for less. Shame!

Great place for a quick service meal that was open up late. Staff was very friendly even as it drew closer to closing time, which is not common at most fast food. Food itself was good, only gripe would be the boneless wings were a bit too drowned in the sauce, but everything else was solid. Overall good experience

First time coming to the Zaxbys on campus and it’s a whole vibe. Not too busy and you can just walk here on foot. The staff are really nice and the building is very clean.

Service is usually quick and easy, and the employees are always nice, but sometimes the quality of my order is subpar. I’d prefer my food to not be half empty before I even open the box. The inconsistency makes me unlikely to order as much as I used to- I do enjoy this Zaxby’s when they give me what I paid for!
