Reviews
The “hospitality” began with Amanda, the host, who looked us dead in the eye and then immediately looked away to avoid doing her job. When she finally realized we weren’t disappearing, she had the audacity to lie to her manager’s face, claiming she “hadn’t seen us.” It’s a special kind of toxic work ethic to prioritize ghosting customers over taking an order.
The Management: “Inventory” Over Customers
It gets worse. I requested an Impossible Whopper patty replacement—a standard swap I’ve made at dozens of other locations without issue. Instead of a simple “yes” and a price adjustment, I was met with a lecture. The General Manager actually marched out of the back just to tell me she “wouldn’t” do it because it would “mess up her inventory.”
Since when is a customer’s experience secondary to a manager’s inability to track a single patty? It’s not a policy issue; it’s a power trip fueled by poor management and a complete lack of flexibility.
The Atmosphere: A Health Hazard
The physical state of this restaurant is a disgrace:
Missing ceiling tiles leaving the guts of the building exposed.
Buckets on the floor catching water dripping from the ceiling.
Sticky tables that clearly haven’t seen a cleaning cloth in hours.
The Verdict:
Between the dripping ceiling, the filthy dining area, and the combative attitude of the General Manager, this location is a sinking ship. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want a side of “Inventory Management” with your terrible service.
Cons: Unsanitary. There was a hair in my drink, therefore making everything inedible. The burger was dry like it had been cooked hours before.
Would I visit again? Absolutely not.
