When I order at the drive-thru, they always make me go wait in the reserve parking even if there isn’t a single car behind me, and then they leisurely bring the food out 10 minutes later. I’ve never seen such a poorly run McDonald’s.

Worst and slowest service. I should ask what’s available rather than order what I want. A chicken sandwich, fries and nuggets shouldn’t take 12 minutes. I actually had to leave because I was going to be late for work. This has happened twice and it’s my fault thinking they may be able to do their jobs.

I’m disappointed by the quality of my food. I know it’s McDonalds, and I was looking forward to my burger. Staff was great. Location was clean. Food should not look like this. It appeared it was smashed against something.

Went to the drive thru, had two lanes but apparently second lane they were not taking orders had to wait for 3 cars that came after me to place their order before me to realize that, had to circle back to the first lane and wait additional time. Please put up a sign if only one lane is open. Asked for a receipt and the person told me they couldn’t print one for me. The food we got was cold, like it had been sitting out for a while.

Zero stars. I waited a long time for my order. They couldn’t find it even though I had the receipt, and then they wouldn’t deliver it. They told me why I was ordering food there. I asked for a refund, but they wouldn’t deliver it. Very rude staff.

This location actually killed it for me tonight!! I ordered online, when I got there the lot was full (???). My food came hot fresh no issues. Never thought I’d say that about Micky D’s. Whoever took over this location you and your crew are doing something right.

Got my order wrong multiple times. Got nuggets that are dryer than the Sahara desert. Even go as far as messing up a simple iced coffee with only milk.
