Biggby coffee renovation success
As a self-proclaimed foodie and coffee enthusiast, I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to visit the newly reopened Biggby Coffee in Ft. Mitchell. Having been a fan of this establishment in the past, I was eager to see what improvements had been made during their grand reopening. I’m delighted to say that my experience was a truly positive one.
First and foremost, the service at Biggby Coffee was outstanding. The staff was not only welcoming but genuinely friendly and attentive. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to assist. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority here, and the staff’s enthusiasm added an extra touch to my overall experience.
The interior of the café had received a much-needed facelift. The new floors and furniture were not only aesthetically pleasing but also exceptionally clean. The moment I walked in, I was struck by the fresh and inviting atmosphere. The updated interior contributed to a comfortable and relaxing environment, making it the perfect place to unwind or catch up with friends.
One of the highlights of the newly renovated Biggby Coffee was the addition of new monitors displaying the menu items. This technological enhancement not only made it easier to navigate through the extensive drink options but also added a modern touch to the overall experience. The menu was clearly displayed, making it simple to choose from the wide range of delicious beverages and snacks they offer.
Of course, despite the updates, one thing remained consistent: the quality of their drinks and the level of service. I ordered my usual favorite, Lisa’s Luscious which is a latte with white chocolate and raspberry , and it was as delightful as ever. The barista skillfully crafted a perfectly balanced blend of espresso and velvety white chocolate , resulting in a rich and satisfying beverage. The attention to detail and commitment to excellence truly shone through.
The grand reopening of Biggby Coffee in Ft. Mitchell was a resounding success. The combination of great service, a clean and modern interior, and the same exceptional drinks made for an unforgettable experience. Whether you’re in need of a morning pick-me-up or a cozy spot to relax, Biggby Coffee is definitely worth a visit. I will certainly be returning to indulge in their delectable offerings and enjoy their warm and friendly atmosphere once again.

This is my absolutely favorite place to get coffee & breakfast. Biggby is always my go to place to meet work connections and friends. The self serve coffee is always delicious. They have amazing sandwiches & muffins. My son loves the fizzy energy drinks (which he gets with no zip (caffeine) & the big cookie. The staff is friendly and this location is always clean & just got a makeover.

The waitress was very nice and professional, the coffee was over priced, I could have bought a 3lb. Can of ground coffee for the price of one cup at this establishment, and it wasn’t even hot!!! Sorry but never again.

This location wasn’t the best. My wife and I went on a Friday morning. It was relatively busy but not packed and there seemed to be plenty of staff.
My wife ordered a Hazelnut Coffee with Cream, and Ham & Cheese Bagel. I ordered a sweet foam cookie butter cold brew. My wife’s bagel came out quickly but they forgot to make her coffee. We had to ask someone if they could get her coffee made 3 times before it finally was made. My cold brew came out relatively quickly but they did not mix the cookie butter flavoring in with the coffee. It was just at the bottom of the cup.
They also didn’t take names with the orders, or write them on cups. There were a few confusions with the baristas and customers when trying to give out or receive their drinks. I’d recommend getting a name instead of just calling out the order/drink type.
Will go back to Biggby but not this location
