Food was great! We had to wait over an hour, but given it was a Friday night & we had 6 people with babies…it’s understandable!

I’m always a big fan of the salads and baked potatoes. The outside of the potato is well salted.

Overall, I always love Texas Roadhouse! Thank yall 🙂

Our server Caitlin was awesome! We had an office group of 10. She took care of everyone, multitasking, patient good sense of humor. She set a wonderful tone. My prelunch drink…a frozen sangria margarita. Luscious! Our in house warm roll with cinnamon butter delicious. My meal, 8 oz sirloin with shrimp and loaded sweet potato. Medium rare sirloin was like butter! Excellent! Shrimp was perfect with the butter. Fresh house salad was nicely done . Yum. Go when they open at 11 am on Sunday. We left about 1pm and it was standing room only all the way outside. Lunch was perfect!

The corn was well-cooked and flavorful as well as the green beans which were moist and juicy.
The steak was cooked to perfection and an absolute delight to eat. Service was outstanding even though the place was full of diners the wait staff constantly refill drinks and asked if any assistance could be given.
The parking lot was absolutely full and after eating at this location it all makes sense because it’s so good even though it’s a franchise restaurant.

Texas Roadhouse in San Antonio is hands down one of the best restaurants in the area. As a local San Antonio Realtor who meets clients all over the city, I pay attention to places that consistently deliver a great experience, and this location never disappoints.

Manager Kameron is a true professional. The way he respects his employees and customers shows, and it creates an environment that makes people want to come back. The food is always prepared perfectly, hot, fresh, and consistent.

Our server, Brandon M., was outstanding — personable, attentive, and professional. Kevin was also excellent and helped make the experience seamless.

If you’re in San Antonio and want great steaks, great service, and great leadership, this Texas Roadhouse is a must-visit.

The food was very good they brought our stakes done they way we wanted them. The bread and butter were amazing and a great way to start your meal. It was really busy but they attended you well and the manager came up to make sure everything was good. They were friendly and the atmosphere was okay.

The waitress was very nice, She had great customer service skills. There was a slight discrepancy with our bill, but she got that taken care of real quick. Staff is amazing! We love making reservations through the phone it’s super worth it quick and easy to get on the list. You can wait comfortably in the car and it notifies you once your table has become available. We don’t live far so we make a reservation and head there before the wait time! Hope this helps!

We ordered medium well. They overcooked our steak. It was not just overcooked, it tasted weird and smelt weird too. It was mushy and melted in my mouth. I lost my appetite. They replaced our dishes but my friend’s steak was undercooked on one side. We just packed up our food and took them home since we lost our appetite.

We visited the place last night at 8:00 PM. The hostess who greeted us told us we would have to wait 20-30 minutes and that she would send a text message; she took our name and number. Okay, perfect! We noticed that customers who had arrived after us were being seated. After 25-30 minutes, we went inside and inquired about the wait. We never received the text message. The young woman allowed us to come in and wait. More customers kept arriving, and they were being seated. And us? Still waiting. After another 20 minutes, the receipt with our name came out, and the employees who were seating customers started looking at the name and, among themselves, it was like they were “drawing straws” to see who would serve us, if you can call it that. In short, a one-hour wait. The one who saved the day with excellent service was Simba, the waiter. This gentleman served us wonderfully. We understand the rush, we understand that it’s always busy. But I recommend a little more organization at the entrance, confirming the name and phone number; but above all, a smile, a simple apology. Something like, “Excuse the delay, can you wait xx-xx minutes? Let me confirm your name and number.”

Partially my fault, I accepted the ” last” order of prime rib. It was a very poor cut and I could only cut or eat about half. It really should not have been served. The servers are fantastic, especially for a super busy Saturday evening! I recommend using the call ahead wait list!
