Reviews
For sauces, we had Gordon’s tartar, curry & mango, southwest ranch, and dijon mayonnaise. They were all pretty good. The fries were okay by themselves, you definitely need the sauce with them. We also got the sticky toffee shake. It was delicious. Not as sweet as I thought it would be. You will need some napkins with that. Service was friendly. Seating is very limited inside but there are some tables outside (mostly standing). I like the outside decor. This is about a 4 for me due to the lobster portion. Worth going to if you’re in Vegas.
The food is excellent. A special highlight goes to the lobster and cod — incredibly tasty, well prepared, and surprisingly good for a fast-casual spot. I strongly recommend choosing the lobster, it’s absolutely worth it.
As a point to consider, since this is a fast-food style restaurant, it’s not always easy to find a place to sit. There are few tables for the amount of people, especially during busy hours. However, the packaging is well designed and makes it easy to eat while standing if needed.
Overall, a very positive experience with high-quality food and a well-executed British identity. A great stop in Las Vegas if you want to eat well and quickly.
We came here because I always wanted to try it simply because I like fish & chips and also am a fan of Gordon Ramsay. What we ordered was decent, but I didn’t feel like it tasted for it being attached to Gordon Ramsay. It tasted pretty oily and heavily breaded.
Gordon Ramsay said it himself that he’s not a fan of something inedible on his dish so why put a lobster shell in the mix. Unless I was supposed to eat it, I ended up tossing it.
There’s very little space in here to eat as there’s a small corner right when you enter and a small bar table outside. Maybe it’s more catered to the fast food style of just grabbing and go but the quality wasn’t what I expected.
For what you get, it felt a bit pricey… especially for just two pieces of fish with fries.
Overall, the place felt a little overhyped to me, and I ended up leaving still hungry.
We tried a classic fish + 1 lobster, dirty fries #2. Then a chicken with just plain fries.
Everything was super fresh, quality fish for sure. Great sauces, the lobster was very delicious. The dirty fries were SUPER rich in truffle and Parmesan flavor.
Then we had to try the sticky toffee shake and it was absolutely perfect. Pretty much an exact rendering of the dish in shake form – down to the Carmel drizzle and cake chunks inside.
Overall a VERY rich and heavy meal, a bit pricey (but hey it’s Ramsey), so not something I’d go to often. But Def worth trying, especially if you love fried fish of course and want the real deal.
