A hit or miss pizza taste and quality here… One day you’ll enjoy a nice cheese pizza. Then another night it’ll taste like a pizza with inferior ingredients. No love and concern goes into the baking it seems. The service is either fast or slow. Rude lackadaisical energy. Depends on how the people behind the counter feel. I gave a dollar tip to be nice. But then I changed my mind to be fair… Get it?! This is one of those if you want a pizza real bad places. But definitely should not be your third choice.

I’m not sure if the older dark skin guy who works the register was drunk or under some type of influence but he couldn’t keep up with customers orders, loosing them and making them wait forever to find it and just rude and definitely has an attitude he definitely created a hostile environment. I know this is a hood little Caesars so I’m not expecting five star service but I’m definitely not expecting to be attacked over asking for pizza sauce because an employee is incompetent and having a bad day…

Bread hard as rocks! Asked for light sauce and got the normal amount of sauce! My 2&3 year old didn’t even want to eat the pizza. Paid extra for butter and parm and it was not out on my pizza. Workers just there for a pay check! Pizza under cooked!

This place needs to be managed better and the owner needs to help this place. Two people are not enough people to effectively run this franchise in the area that it is in. Maybe they could do it, but they need proper training in customer service and professionalism. I’m not saying fire them, they just need better training. Close the store temporarily to satisfy a few customers at a time when you’re short staffed. Don’t tell customers that the pizza will be ready in a couple minutes and actually have them wait for an hour or longer. Please use this review for constructive criticism and act accordingly.

Consistently understaffed leading to long wait times. Nothing is ever hot and ready. The long wait times are compounded by the hostile waiting area with absolutely zero seating.
The customer service is even worse. People’s food will sit in the back for 20 minutes even though the customer is there since they never since they never call out orders that are ready. Like the worst little Caesars literally I’ve ever been to.
Just a bad experience in general. Do yourself a favor, drive another couple miles to any other little Caesars. You’ll most likely save some time.

This is the 3rd time I’ve came up there and my pizza was cut like this. It makes no sense that you can’t gather enough common sense to know how to cut a pizza. It’s very basic.
