I placed a mobile order Saturday morning 10/25 at 6:21. When I get there at the drive thru, the baristas asked me if I wanted my drink hot or cold, I said hot (I can’t find a way to add the option hot/cold on my mobile order but normally if I want it cold, I just add ice as one of the option, it’s not there fault and I totally get it). Then I decided the drive thru window was too long so I came into the store to grab my coffee instead. When I was in there, I asked about my drink and one of the baristas said she was working on it and verified that I wanted it hot. But then I watched her poured cold milk into my hot espresso and handed the me my venti cup that was only filled half way and was cold. I told her that I verified twice earlier that I would like it hot and she acted all confused. I was at that time about to be late to work so all I had to leave and couldn’t get my drink fixed.

GM needs to do better. Making a customer who ordered through the app wait 30 minutes in a drive thru with 3 cars is a little ridiculous.

I love coming to this Starbucks to study. The staff is great and very friendly. Most of the seating is in a portion of the store with all large windows which really helps my mood while studying in cloudy, gloomy Michigan. Sometimes the temperature regulation in that all-window area is weird, but overall still worth coming for fresh coffee and good studying vibes.

The baristas were very polite and lovely. The drinks were done fairly quickly however, the bathrooms were in a really bad state. The sinks had a lot of grime and the toilets were dirty as well. Cleaning definitely needs to be done immediately because it is in a really bad state.

Careless staff. If you have a dairy allergy or preference for water instead of milk, stay away from this location. Charges you $3 to substitute milk for WATER. Never experienced that at any other location anywhere else in the country.

I am currently sitting here as I’m writing this. And I hate to do this… but:
1. The floor is disgusting. Like construction just came through? Crusty mud all over. *have video of this* it’s a nice, sunny chilly day today.
2. They are playing music loud enough that I can hear it through my headphones.. consequently they are speaking louder because of it.. but i don’t really care to hear about their work drama? I am fully aware of socializing at work.. but maybe turn down the music so you can speak normally? *have video of this too*
3. It was my first time ordering the lavender latte. I mentioned that it was sweeter than I expected.. and that perhaps buying another shot would be better… but the service wasn’t there. They didn’t ask me what was wrong, how they could improve..ect. regardless, the music was loud so having a regular about this was not going to happen. I was rushed. One barista was already making the shot before I even fully made the purchase..
