Ordered my food at 11:15pm felt bad that they closed in 45mins so I left a $5 tip. Got back to our cabin to enjoy our large mozzarella sticks and was disappointed that there was no cheese. 3/8 were worth eating, if I known that I would have saved my money. Assuming that they were fried to a crisp since the cheese in the bottom of the bag was hard and crunchy. Really disappointed because, all of us were looking forward to them.

I went to sonic tonight in Waverly Tennessee! That was the most DISGUSTING CRAP IVE EVER SEEN! I wouldn’t even eat it! And if I didn’t live 12 miles away! 24 miles there and back I would have taken it back!!! I couldn’t even eat it! $25.00 dollars down the drain

Response: I did that the first time, the manager contacted me and pretty much said sorry …

Filled it out again this time and haven’t heard anything back. So don’t believe their response… The operator doesn’t care… Has been terrible and not getting better. Corporate doesn’t care… Cause they allow it. Their social media team pretends to care.

Their slushes have been melted more than one trip. They let me order stuff they don’t have and didn’t refund the difference. I contacted corporate and they did nothing.

Did not give us any sauces we asked for and threw a handful of disgusting packets of salsa or something. Sweet tea tasted weird and there was just an I don’t care attitude with our visit.

Gotta say I really enjoyed it. I am a chilly cheeses fanatic. I hadn’t ever been to sonic befor. So wen we went to Waverly Tennessee to check into some places because were relocating. My soon to be husband took m.j e to one of his favorites. Now I know why it’s on his list of favorites. They dank selection is awesome. That’s the only place my husband can get his coconut drank. I can’t remember what all is in it. But he goes there at times he said just for that drank. The size of the food was even better. I might be little but I love my food. So wen I got my food and seen it. I dropped my jaw. I loved my food experience. As far as fast friendly service. I give them an A++.I am definitely putting sonic on my go to restaurant list. Well I hoped this help u make your decision.

I ordered a large sweet tea and I received unsweet and that was okay so I pressed the red button and ask for my sweet tea he brought out another tea and it was still unsweet I waited for around 8 minutes for two unsweet teas

It seems like there was an issue with my recent order. I usually order through the app, but this time I didn’t receive the free sauces that I was supposed to get. When I received my meal, I tipped the lady $5 as usual. However, she didn’t inform me that there would be an extra charge for the sauces. I only received one Honey Mustard sauce, which was disappointing.

I spoke to another staff member at the kiosk, and she informed me that I had to pay for the additional sauces. I explained to her that I was willing to pay for the extra sauces if she could add the charge to my order, but she seemed confused and didn’t understand what I was saying. “The app hasn’t updated”- is what she said….

It was frustrating because I had clearly communicated my request for specific sauces and packets, and I was willing to pay for them with my card. However, it felt like there was a misunderstanding, and I didn’t receive the sauces I requested.

Always a decent experience at Sonic.
However..
When Kendall is working everything is always perfect, she is so friendly, always remembers her regulars, she’s overall a perfect carhop and person. In fact I refused to go to sonic for about a month because she wasn’t there. If I don’t see her vehicle I don’t stop. Kendall keep up your job and always keep that beautiful personality

I’ve been there multiple times and ordered just a drink and no one came, even pushed the button Again and reminded them and they said “on the way” and still no one came, good thing I selected the Cash option.
