We used Simple Simon for our wedding dessert needs. Instead of doing traditional cake, we decided to switch things up with wedding cheesecake (and some custom cookies/cake pops from our sister). Their cheesecake is some of the absolute best cheesecake we have ever had. Our guests devoured it.
We had an initial consultation with Dawn who was super helpful. She was very easy to communicate with and made sure to answer any questions we had along the way. We were able to get a plain cheesecake and customize it with different flavors as our test run before we committed to any flavors. That was super helpful and super cheap! Plus it was a yummy sweet treat.
We ended up getting a few sheets of strawberry cheesecake – they had them precut/plated for us which was fantastic. We were very pleased with how they turned out. It was very fairly priced which is helpful for people who are already spending a lot of money on a wedding. We would 1000% recommend using Simple Simon for any of your dessert needs. We will be sure to get many more desserts and donuts in the future!

Simple Simon was nice to work with! The process was a little confusing at first, but we had a consult and then were able to book our wedding date online. We did a huge dessert table for our wedding with multiple different options and an individual cutting cake. The only negative is we were told the bakery would set up all the decorations for the table when they delivered. Unfortunately, they didn’t decorate the table and I realized hours into the evening that the table was empty- which was really disappointing as we wasted money on all that decor. Overall, the desserts were still great and the delivery went well so I’d still recommend them.

I ordered my birthday cake from Simon’s, and it was a great experience! The cake they made for me ended up looking exactly like my reference picture I showed them, it was so beautiful, and it was extremely moist and tasty. They said their heart-shaped cakes started at $60, but when I showed them all of the extra decor I wanted on it, I was sure it would be much more expensive, but it only ended up being $65! They even managed to get the ribbons in the reference photo, which I thought I would have to get myself! It was also bigger than I pictured – a very decent-sized cake with plenty of leftovers. I will definitely keep them in mind for the future!

We served a mix of pumpkin, caramel apple, classic apple, and cherry, and every flavor was delicious. The pies were perfectly baked, beautifully presented, and just so cute on display. It was the perfect mix of cozy and elegant, and such a fun twist on traditional wedding dessert.

We hired Simple Simon for our wedding cake and cupcakes. We could not be happier with our cake and cupcakes and the service! Our cake was beautiful and exactly what we wanted, and everything was delicious. We got four cupcake flavors: white, chocolate, carrot cake, and almond. My husband and I recently got married this past June. Simple Simon Bakery made the process of planning our dessert menu easy. From the first meeting to the week leading up to the wedding, Dawn took the time to walk us through the process and answered all of our questions. We knew we wanted to add a personal touch by offering an assortment of our favorite treats. Dawn understood what we wanted and helped us to plan a great selection of desserts that represented our favorites while offering a variety of flavors that our guests would enjoy. We received endless compliments about the desserts that were offered, so much so guests had to sample more than one. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a local bakery for their upcoming wedding, event, or simply looking to order a treat for themselves!

We had Simple Simon for our wedding at the Waters and everything was fantastic! We ordered a small cake just for the bride and the groom and it was perfect and decorated perfectly to match our nautical theme! They are a talented bakery, as every dessert was so perfect. I LOVED our wedding cake!
