c: they remade it, and was nice about it (you have to have your receipt i got lucky they could find my order – even tho it turned out i did have it), having to drive back once getting home was annoying. **I’ve been informed my my friends that’s just what BK fries in AL tastes like so..yeah.

I could have waited for the burger to be re-cooked yall. There’s no way the cook didn’t see this was burnt to the heavens. I had to turn flash on for the pics. It smells so bad, like char. The fries taste strange as well!

If I could give this place zero, I would! First off we were on a road trip so we had to use the restroom and oh my it was very dirty broken down not well maintained. We placed our order of a breakfast burrito with no hashbrowns in it, and sausage cheese, and egg biscuit meal. While standing there waiting the line was like clear around the building so we thought wow good thing we came in well that was wrong. We were there for 40 minutes. Then after we got our food, get outside and look in the bag which we should’ve done before we walked out, my husband didn’t get his hashbrowns because they read the ticket wrong. Obviously, I ordered a burrito with no hashbrowns. They just saw no hashbrowns and so we had to go back in and they had to Cook some more so then we had to wait around another 8min. We were being very patient but while we were there waiting looking around and looking in the kitchen and watching how the employees performed their jobs, wow!!! all I can say is the manager of that place should be ashamed of him or herself. They need to do more training on personal hygiene and how to wash your hands, hairnets should be mandatory! and how to actually work in the kitchen also Learn how to clean, the whole place inside and out is a disaster! You’re welcome for the donation, food was not edible, might want to clean your fryers and change out the oil once in a while! ew! It was all gross! Did not eat it!

Was told to go around to the front of the building and wait by the front door sat there for 25 minutes finally went inside and asked where my food was, they had an attitude and I got a refund which took another 10 minutes. Absolutely, do not get food at this restaurant.

Came to burger king 15 minutes till 10/pm central time I sat and waited it was a car order taken. They never came to the speaker to say closed.

I sincerely wish I could give this location negative stars. I’ve never had such a bad experience at a fast food joint. EVER. I’d ordered online, since it was a 20 minute drive, thinking it’d be ready when I got there. They hadn’t even started it, because one item wasn’t available. My order was the ONLY one hanging up, too. It then took an ENTIRE HOUR for me to get my food. 20 minutes of that was for 2 medium fries. Everyone there was busy doing anything BUT their job, and one girl was about as rude as can be, and poorly spoke about the customers right in front of me. I will never set foot in this Bk again.

This location is terrible!!! They never have any food there!!! They don’t have breakfast! They don’t have Wopper meat! Why are they open? They’re alway my first choice. But I always end up going to Wendy’s or Jack’s. They’re the worst fast food restaurant that I’ve been to since Burger King in Atlanta. In 1985!

Whoever the sweet lady is who worked the drive thru on christmas eve in the morning time around 11am is a 10/10 employee. Such a doll. She made our day better & gave excellent customer service.

Had us waiting in line for over 15 mins in drive thru . No one said anything so I had to walk inside to get their attention. Then they did not have any receipt paper. They have no customer service expertise at all. Lack of training communication etc. if I could give zero stars I would.. the sprite was gross and they gave me used paper I don’t know what to call it

Ordered six egg and cheese breakfast items this morning on the app to pickup. Placed the order at 10:20, got there are 10:30 and went inside. Was greeted when I was at the desk and told they were working on my order. Waited, and waited, and fifteen minutes go by and three indoor orders and some drive through orders. At 10:45 they said they’re finishing it up, as I saw as they had JUST started putting everything together and in the lil oven thingy of theirs. I got my food at 10:50, THIRTY minutes after I ordered it. And when I got it and went to eat it the eggs on 5/6 were overcooked and felt like sponges and not eggs.
Major complaint being, what is the point of ordering online if not to make it more convenient for them and the customers? Most of the recent trips my orders have been wrong, not even just at this location but at many, and this time it was inconvenient, unprofessional, and the food inedible. I overheard the staff tell a customer that the drink machine was mostly out and that a customer had told them the drinks didn’t taste good. There were also at least six flies that I counted at the counter.
