Love this Starbucks! The vibe is always chill and comfortable, it’s a great place to hang out or grab a drink and go. The night crew stands out for me, they’re super friendly, and always in a good mood. Service is consistently great, and they make stops feel enjoyable and welcoming. This is seriously the worst starbucks I have ever been too. Its the closest to my house so sometimes when I am on a time thing I stop, EVERY SINGLE TIME I ask for extra crunch on the bottom of my cup THEY NEVER EVER put it on the bottom but I get charged for extra crunch. I am not kidding. EVERY DANG TIME! GET IT RIGHT GUYS. JEEZ. I call and theres always nothing they can do and when I let them know in person they didn’t put crunch on they just stare at me like “what do you want me to do”. So annoying. Don’t charge me for it if you aren’t going to do what I asked. You guys deal with multiple customized drinks with many customizations, adding extra crunch at the bottom should take 2 seconds. Its ridiculous you guys have NEVER EVER gotten it right. Over 12 drinks I have ordered with extra crunch on the bottom of the cup and NEVER EVER receive it. Sooo annoying. Literally the only starbucks that can’t get my drink right.

I wasn’t even planning to write this review, but it really needs to be addressed. I’ve given this Starbucks multiple chances, hoping things would improve, but every visit has been disappointing. My drink was disgusting and completely watered down, even though I clearly explained how I wanted it made. It tasted like it had been sitting out, and when I mentioned it, the employees were rude and acted like they didn’t care at all. It’s frustrating to see such poor service and lack of effort from a place that used to take pride in its drinks. I’m done giving this location any more chances.

Normally a decent customer service experience at this location but today’s visit no one could be bothered to acknowledge I had walked in much less even say “hello” or “we’ll be right with you” during the 4+ minutes I waited at the counter before I decided to leave. It literally takes half a second to acknowledge someone and make them feel welcome but the staff working today at 2:30pm could not be bothered. But on a positive note, they saved me $4+ today.

I realize that I can only hit this drivethru if I don’t need to be somewhere else in a timely manner. If you need something quickly, this is not the Starbucks to go to.
