I try my best too avoid this Pizza Hut at all cost. They can never seem to get stuff right at this location. From old pizza to old pizza dough. To not making the pizza right how you order them on the app. Communication is pretty much none existent at this location. When there out of something they don’t even have the time to call you and tell you. This has to be the worst PIZZA HUT in Vegas. This store needs HELP big time.

Avoid this pizzahut at all cost. I was debating to orders from here knowing the location. Carlos the so called manager the esl president. Decided to cancel my order cause order was placed in the morning for later on the day delivery. He decided to cancel cause order was placed early for 1pm delivery. Not sure if he knows how to read or if they have text to speech there. Never had any other issues at pizzahut but this location. Recommend to go somewhere else

DO NOT EAT AT THIS PIZZA HUT ON MARTIN LUTHER KING AND ALEXANDER IN LAS VEGAS UNLESS YOU WANT TO RISK GETTING SICK!!! Can’t accurately give a rating on the food as manager canceled my order after I told her that I saw her employee sneezing in the kitchen. The time was approximately 6:27pm on November 4, 2025. I knew that he was the driver because he left to go deliver pizzas shortly after sneezing. He didnt even bother to wash his hands. And then he touched 2 large or medium pizzas that were in the waiting oven and then put them back in. After he exited the restaurant I literally exited the place to see him getting in a car to go deliver pizzas. So for all of you that got delivery around this time…Pray. She was rude as I mentioned him sneezing and told me that she would, “let him (the sneezing driver) know.” As if that would do anything about me waiting for so long for the food and not getting anything but treated badly and a horrible attitude from the manager. I didn’t want the pizza any longer. I got on my phone to call customer support about it to see what they could do about the inconvenience and while I was waiting the manager started trash talking me and threatening to call security on me lol only in Las Vegas. I sat right there and continued my call of course. That was my first experience after having not been to pizza hut since covid. NEED GORDON RAMSEY AT THIS PLACE. FR FR!

We ordered a large supreme pan pizza. The pizza arrived. We should have checked before we paid him and he left. The receipt said pan pizza. The pizza was not a pan and the crust was burnt. Very disappointed, wasn’t worth calling. them to complain and re-do it. Since the crust around the pizza was burnt the vegetables were overcooked!. Pizza Hut used to be my favorite pizza, not anymore!

I received my order and I’ll start with saying I’m really confused on to how they managed to get a pizza slice stuck to the outside of the box to where it was hanging like this. And I didn’t get the 2 liter of Pepsi that I ordered so I tried calling the store, got sent to a call center so they said they’d direct me to the actual store where I sat on hold for over 7 minutes. I called again, the stores number directly, and even though I got in touch with the store itself and was asked if I was placing a pickup or delivery order, after I explained my problem the man on the phone said he’d direct me again to the store itself, where I sat on hold again for 6 minutes. So I came to read the store’s reviews and it seems this is a reoccuring issue, pretty disappointing. Won’t be ordering from here again, I like Domino’s better anyways

Pizza Hut I JUST DONT KNOW ANYMORE!
It’s obvious that some of your staff are only there to MILK the clock. AKA LAZY!!! and have attitude. That’s only the half of it. I was getting charged for ranch dressing, which I thought came with this so called breaded boneless wings. But besides the attitude from staff my garlic Parmesan looked like and tasted like CHICKEN NUGGETS from Mickey D’s if I wanted chicken nuggets I would have went to McDonald’s!!! This is on your management & Pizza Hut! You’ve already hiked up the price, now fix the operation and maybe I will return, but until then I’m getting McDonald’s! it’s cheaper and you get ranch for FREE!
